Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Sandy Toes Suite 107 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the first floor, which is one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for our family! Pool, beaching and restaurants all in walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

The company was great to deal with. Even provided recommendations for local places to enjoy. The view was the winner for this room. Got up one morning and were able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Will definitely stay in this building again and use this company as well.

Great vacation spot!

I loved my stay there! The accommodations were perfect and the location - right on the beach - was amazing! Everything worked great and I felt fight at home. I will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This is an ideal property and location. It is so close to everything you need and want. Great view of the beach and steps away from the beach and the pool. We definitely want to stay here again. The little touches of hand soap, shampoo/body wash and laundry pods are great. Thank you for a great vacation!

The property was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Wrightsville Beach, thanks to the prime location to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Also, the simple check out procedure was also appreciated. I would most definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and situated in great position for Ocean viewing. That said, the calm enjoyable evening was disturbed by a constant stream of cars trying to drive out to the beach.Wrightsville Beach should put up DEAD END signs to possibly mitigate some of the annoyance of constant traffic. We thought we had found a new spot, however, this may deter us from staying there again, especially on the first floor.

Perfect Beach Location

The property location was perfect for spending time on the beach. The mornings were very peaceful out on the balcony and early morning walks in the beach. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. The view was somewhat obstructed being on the first floor. When grabbed the first-plate, it came out dripping wet. Upon further investigation all the dishes, cookware and utensils needed to be washed. Thank goodness for the dishwasher. The bathroom also had mold(black) on tub surround and shower curtain. Not sanitized as promised! Other than these issues, it was a nice stay.

Right on the beach!

If you love people watching and being close to the beach then this condo is perfect for you! It is on the first floor so while you can see the ocean, it’s limited view of the sand. There is a constant stream of people walking by and cars turning around but it made for really interesting people watching. There are restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and a little grocery store all within a few steps. I loved having the washer/dryer in unit.

Great weekend

Property is perfect location right on the beach ! Yes there is a view but remember your on first floor so dunes are there. Checking was easy. Property was totally clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the street coming up to the beach is right there and all the cars do a u turn and also you can see the trash cans. But I would def go back!! Beach access was so easy! And you can walk to so many cute places.

Inconveniences

The checkin process is a pain. If you are oceanfront, you have to park in your space and walk the length of the building at least three times to unload and checkin. The bathroom is way too samll. This property could be very nice if space was untilized correctly in the condo. The huge bedroom needs a dresser to put at least your makeup on. No room in the small bathroom.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Wrightsville Beach, BUT Unit 107 is front and center of all Uber/Lyft arrivals and departures as well as others. Constant heavy flow of cars turning around right under the porch, car alarms beeping and doors slamming, as late as 3am each morning. Sleep is tough to come by, even with ear plugs. Obviously you pay extra for a suite with direct ocean view, but the use of the porch is limited by the above-mentioned traffic and very loud groups of beach-goers passing by constantly.
