Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Spinnaker Suite 301 is on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Beautiful clean place but bring ear plugs

Beautiful, clean and convenient with door codes and elevator. Right in the heart of the action of Wrightsville Beach. Bring ear plugs to muffle the street noise and people below and you will be just fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was in the middle of the action, at the beach and steps from great restaurants. The property was very nice, well furnished and we really enjoyed the balcony. The only caution is that the parties in nearby houses and along the busy street went on well into the morning hours, making sleep difficult. That may have been because of the holiday weekend. Great stay, we would come again!

Everything we needed

The property was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed with the exception of laundry detergent. Our email said two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods would be provided but I couldn’t find any laundry pods anywhere. No big deal. The bathroom sink drained a little slowly. Bed was comfortable but pillows were more like puffs of air. The layout of the suite was excellent with a place for everything. Furniture was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Otherwise, the interior was dated yet serviceable for a weekend near the beach.
