Enjoy your vacation at beautiful and freshly remodeled house that is located on one of the most peaceful lakes in Eagle River. Private sandy beach and water activities like pedal board, kayaks and more.
House stays 25 ft from the lake that gives you incredible views all day long.
Swim right of the private sandy beach, have a grill on specious deck or have a ride to local bars and shops that are just 10 minutes away. Fishing, UTV/ATV and much more fun

There is a tiny A-frame house on the same property that might also have quests. You will be sharing parking lot and lake.

House overview and details:
Main level:
House has 2 bedrooms,1 full bath, Living room with gas fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Kithen and Living room facing lake that give you incredible view from any recurs.

Besement:
In the walk-out basement you have full bath with a new laundry, fireplace, TV, Ping Pong table, sleeping sofa queen size and bunk bed. Basement facing the lake with big windows that give you a lot of sun during the day and gorgeous view.

Exterior:
On specious deck you have a sitting area with table and chairs, gas grill, porch swing. For your use available covered fire pit with firewood, sandy beach with super clean water and nice slope bottom which is good for kids.

Beautiful Lakefront Retreat

We truly enjoyed our week at this lovely lakeside home. The covered fire pit was a great place to gather and enjoy a camp fire while staying out of the rain. The lakefront deck was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine and cocktails. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 8. I would highly recommended this home.

Great Getaway!

Our family needed a place to stay for a surprise birthday party being held nearby. This was the perfect spot! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. This is an absolutely beautiful property in a gorgeous setting! I can’t imagine how lovely this will be in the warmer months! Lesya was very attentive and available for any questions we had. She is a great host!

Just bring food and clothes

The best stocked house we have ever rented! Very clean. Nice beach for the kids to play. Disappointed in the hot tub, Not working well. But we would still recommend it to others!

Amazing location! Beautiful lake view 🌲

Beautiful location right on the lake! Kayaks, fishing boat and canoe available for use. The house is well maintained and very clean lawn around the house. The driveway has plenty of parking space. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of utensils, silverware, towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels. Ping pong table and games for the whole family provided! We loved enjoying our morning coffee with the beautiful lake view, and bbq at evening! We will definitely be back in Autumn! Can’t wait to use the fireplace and roast some marshmallows! Highly recommend!! Thank you for amazing memories!

Best lake vacation

It was a last-minute summer vacation for only three nights. We were looking for a nice, clean & affordable lake house for our family (two adults & two kids - 9 and 12 years old). We wanted a place where we could bring our dog and also have a sandy beach for the kids - and adults - to relax and play! Leasy's property met all of the family's requirements. The house has been remodeled recently and everything inside is brand new! They have lots of toys for kids: indoor games (ping pong table, board games, Jenga, and etc.), a floating swim dock, two kayaks and a paddleboat. My two boys loved them all! We brought our own life jackets, but they had some inside the shed. We also brought our own gear for fishing and used the kayaks and the paddleboat to explore the lake and go fishing. If you decide to cook your freshly caught meal, there is a table attached to the shed where you can clean the fish, outside of the house, and throw them straight into the fire pit. You can use the removable grill and the free firewood to cook your meal. Even though temperatures were not too high (mid 60s during the night with high 80s during the day) the master room was too hot for me. I'm sorry but I'm an AC guy - the rest of the family did well. I found the basement is the coolest place in the house :) Nice to have: It would be nice to have available a list with recommended places & activities nearby such as restaurants and other activities (i.e.: boat & jet ski rental). Make sure to check out the Peantu's Ice Cream shop in Eagle River and eat some delicious ice cream. Cons: We couldn't find nice hiking trails within walking distance; we tried using the local roads for hiking but had to come back quickly because of too many mosquitos. We will bring more bug spray next time :) I know Leasy can't do anything about it, just for your information. Leasy always replied very quickly to our messages and addressed all the questions/concerns. She was also checking-in during our stay to make sure everything was well.
