This is a 2 bed 2 bath home, new hybrid mattresses, fully fenced, full kitchen, washer/dryer, potential for garage use, and a dedicated workspace! It's smartly styled for comfort and could be a retreat from a long day of work, a getaway or quick stop to say hello to friends and family.
The Space:
At the end of a cul-de-sac and walking distance to the YMCA this home is ready for you!

Guest Access:
We offer self-check-in, which is contactless and gives you quick access to the home. We're also just a text/call away if you have any questions during your stay.
Getting Around:
Take I-84 W to US-20 W/US-26 W Franklin Rd in Caldwell. Take exit 29 from I-84 W and take a left on to Franklin Rd which turns into S 21 St Ave. Turn left on to Cleveland Blvd then a right on to Indiana Ave. Then take a left onto E Beech St, then a right onto Felton and another right on Ison Ct. It will be the house on the left side.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families.
