Bright & airy 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront condo with incredible views of the main channel on the 22 mile marker.

Sip your coffee and discuss your plans for the day on the deck as you see and hear fishing boats and wave runners zip by in the mornings. Try one of our recommended restaurants for a delicious breakfast then spend some time by the pool, dozing in the sun with a refreshing beverage as the speedboats, powerboats, cruisers and racing boats fill up the main channel. Be sure to keep an eye out for para-sailers and helicopters giving tours and photographing boat captains as they navigate the waterways. You are especially lucky if you catch a glimpse of the Jolly Roger pirate ship! In the evening head to a fabulous dinner spot in the area before unwinding on the deck with the bistro lights glowing overhead. Watch the boats' navigation lights cruise along the dark water as bouy lights bounce and dock lights illuminate the shores.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of Lake of the Ozarks is from the screened & tiled deck. Equipped with a ceiling fan and charming bistro lights--it is the perfect place for coffee in the morning or dessert in the evening.

All three bedrooms have king sized beds, ceiling fans and large format Roku TVs. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed, ceiling fan and cantilever mounted TV so it can be adjusted for viewing anywhere in the main living area and deck. Enjoy mealtimes with plenty of room for all guests to sit and dine at the dining table and/or the kitchen peninsula.

The Breakwater Bay Club complex includes a terrific lake side pool and playground as well as tennis courts and a basketball hoop on the 2nd tier. This location is convenient to Osage Beach and Camdenton. Big Surf outdoor waterpark, Margaritaville's Indoor Water Park, and Blair's Landing Boutique shops are very close, and HaHa Tonka and Lake of the Ozarks State Park, and the Bagnell Dam Strip are just a short drive away. There are many outstanding golf courses, zip lining, parasailing, and other adventures nearby as well.

You will not find a nicer more well kept condo at the lake.

This property is absolutely fantastic and so well thought out ! The owners have provided so many of the extras to make your stay easier and less hassle having to lug your own necessities in and out ! The beds in this unit are incredible the aesthetic is very well put together and thought out , the kitchen has everything you need to cook and create your own meals , the porch view is beautiful and the location to the main attractions is perfect ! I do not have 1 complaint we will definitely be back !

Girls trip

Fabulous, very comfortable, easily accessible, quick response from owner when we couldn’t get the keypad to work. Very relaxing place! The decor was gorgeous!! Thanks for a great long weekend away!! My friends & I will definitely be back!!

Perfection!

This place was absolutely PERFECT!! I am a single mom of two young kids and two of my girlfriends and I were looking for a place to come and unwind and visit for a few days. I stumbled across this place and I feel like we hit the jackpot! We each had our own king size bed (which was heavenly) and the screened in porch housed so many memorable conversations and laughs (and the view was fantastic). Also, whoever decorated this place should get a job with HGTV because it was GORGEOUS! We all three felt like we were in the lap of luxury and were so grateful to have found such a great place to recoup and refresh. The pool was great and we were close to so many things to do, including kayaking, hiking through Ha Ha Tonka, and Spa Shiki. We truly hope we are able to return here again next year.

Amazing stay!

We were completely amazed with the beauty of the condo itself, as well as the awesome lake view! The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was so nicely furnished. We LOVED the screen porch! Conveniently located near many dining options in the water and other activities. Chris was an excellent and responsive host! Can’t wait to plan a trip back.

This is the one! 10/10!

If this property is the right location for you and fits your needs - BOOK IT! We loved everything about it. Freshly remodeled and so well done. It was very cozy - comfortable beds and had everything anyone would need. The balcony is screened complete with ceiling fan and the perfect spot for morning coffee with a beautiful view! The actual walkway to the condo entry door is the same level as the parking lot so no stairs to climb. There was only one thing we wished could have been better and that was the boat slip. There isn’t a substantial water break from the main channel so throughout the day it is terribly rough and really difficult to secure our boat ensuring that it wouldn’t sustain damage from the dock. So that was rather worrisome. If we were to stay at this property again we would have to make other arrangements for a slip. But overall we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo, it was lovely!

We enjoyed our stay at the Northview. Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Easy access and plenty of space for our 6 person friend group. Would highly recommend this condo!

2nd stay and just as wonderful!

This was our second stay and will not be our last at this beautiful comfortable unit. The unit is so nice, comfortable, and is in the perfect location. The owner is so accommodating and helpful. When we were there a water main broke and we were without water (no fault of the owner) the owner immediately let us know what was going on and gave us info on when we could expect it to be back on. If you are looking for a place to stay in the LOZ look no further. We can't wait for our next visit next summer!

Perfection!

We love Breakwater Bay and have been coming here for years with friends who have a condo here. We are so happy we found this unit! The unit is an absolute dream. I couldn't help but notice the attention to detail in every corner of the space - from the furniture to the decor, it was clear that no expense was spared. Not only was it beautiful, but it was incredibly comfortable as well. My stay there exceeded my expectations in every way possible. We already have our next trip booked for mid July at this amazing condo and can't wait to experience all of its luxurious amenities again! The owners provided a great print out and were great to work with.

We are Chris and Misty Rigdon. We both grew up in Knob Noster, MO and spent summers coming to 'The Lake' our whole lives. After college and starting a family we moved to Colorado which we adore, but still always wanted to have a place at LOZ so we could spend summers on the lake again and also to serve as a home base in MO since much of our family still lives in KC, STL, and Hannibal. We bought our condo at Breakwater Bay Club in Osage Beach in May 2022 and love hosting guests at our lake home.

It is fun for us to picture how people spend their time at NorthView and we are always adding details; anticipating the needs of our guests. We have been renters of VRBOs since the site launched and enjoyed many adventures with our kids and family over the years. We always found ourselves saying, 'if we had a VRBO we would...'. It has been a joyful process to execute on these thoughts and make our VRBO as 'perfect' as possible for guests.

When we bought our condo it needed a full remodel as it was very worn and outdated so we had a perfect opportunity to add details we always wished VRBOs had. Adding outlets on each side of every bed with usb charging outlets in them, ceiling fans in every room, enough coffee to get through that first morning, nice toilet paper, and 'good' pillows are some of our non-negotiables. We are thoughtful about all decisions at NorthView and we try hard to see things through our guests' eyes. It isn't always practical to provide what we would like to, and we have tried a few things that just didn't work out, but our ultimate goal is to have everything covered. Especially the items that guests don't even realize they will need or want until the moment they see it/need it/want it. A basketball for shooting hoops, umbrellas in case it rains, a copy of Sibley Birds to identify that one that is sooo loud, books written by local authors, and vintage Kodachrome mini books are among some of our favorite touches.

We chose Breakwater Bay Club because, 'location, location, location'.
By land and by water, we are central to everything we like to do on and around the lake. The complex was old enough to be established and have mature trees, but too old ;). We enjoy the drive down KK and Baydy Peak Road cruising by the golf courses with big trees shading the road. The deer and wildlife we always see on our way in is charming. Mostly, we just really liked the bright and cheerful look of the pale yellow buildings and the pool; both lake side and from the parking lot. A lake side pool was a must for us and it is still one of our favorite features at BBC.

Our condo stands out because it is conveniently located, well appointed, beautifully designed, and above all--ULTRA comfortable. The details are all in place. You will enjoy your stay and will want to come back (or to never leave).
