We were rather disappointed with the property. There were numerous maintenance issues, and the hosts didn't reply to either of the messages we sent reporting them. Here are those issues: -The code for the house door didn't work on the driveway side, only on the front side. -The shower drain is either severely clogged or too small, and water backs up so that you are standing in ankle-deep water while showering.-The toilet seat lid is completely broken and separated from the seat - The bathroom sink cabinet is peeling and separating in numerous places.- The shower light flickers nonstop and is not usable.-The light switch in 1 bedroom didn't work, nor did the bedside lamp.-The refrigerator light is out- The kitchen counter/drawer laminate is peeling off and broken in many areas. - The kitchen ceiling light is broken.- The kitchen flooring and all doors have numerous scratches, peeling paint, and the like.-The yard is not actually fully fenced- A large section of the wood fence has a large panel falling over into the neighbor’s yard- The backyard table and chairs in the picture are extremely old, dirty, broken, and unusable. There is no other lawn furniture or place to sit.- The backyard gate to the driveway is broken and doesnot fully close. I do not mind a home that is older and therefore shows wear and tear, but this home goes beyond that and is in need of some basic maintenance. Shame because it's a great location.
