Luxurious, privacy in quiet, convenient East Asheville. Enjoy our secluded mountain home with the convenience of being less than 15 minute from downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from Black Mountain.

Relax on the cozy Arhaus sectional with ample room for everyone in your party while looking out the almost floor to ceiling windows.

Enjoy meals in the dinning room with wonderful views of the lush foliage (or partial mountain views in winter).

There is a well stocked kitchen with all the supplies you are used to at home to make a quick or luxurious meal without the stress of missing ingredients or kitchen items.

On the main floor, there is the master bedroom with a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub to unwind in at the end of the day, and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom with playroom is also on the main floor. This room has a twin over king bunk with twin trundle and a pull out sofa bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower/tub on this level.

There is a door on the main floor to separate/block the stairwell to the downstairs for childproofing (or privacy) if desired.

The downstairs suite can offer privacy to older kids (or parents) or to another family. There is a queen bedroom with sitting area and as well as a king bedroom with a small kitchenette set-up (mini fridge, keurig, microwave, toaster). The downstairs also has a luxurious bathroom with a shower and two separate sink areas as well as a walk-in closet.

Above the garage is a fifth bedroom/game room. It has two twin day beds with pop-up trundle beds. You can also push them together to make two kind-with (twin length) beds. There is also an air hockey table, a foosball table, TRX straps, yoga mat, and board games.

Outside there is a swing set a home-made play set-up (see pictures) and a propane fire pit to roast marshmallows with ease. Fenced in backyard for kids or pups.

We are happy to provide a pack and play, stroller, high chair, kids plates, and lots of toys and books. Please just let us know at time of booking.

We have a level 2 EV charger in the garage. Tesla owners, bring your converter!

In winter, four wheel drive is recommended in case of any snow. In case of heavy snow, which is very rare, driveway may not be navigable as is steep. Will have to park at bottom and walk down to car.

Please do note that there may be some small changes in decor and furniture as we replace items when they have too much wear and tear.
