Golden Holler: A Mountain Retreat in Asheville

Welcome to Golden Holler, where the whole group can relax, visit and play while being only 5 miles to downtown Asheville! Surrounded by 4 wooded acres, we’re minutes away from the best breweries, restaurants and shopping Asheville and surrounding areas have to offer. Two cabins on the property, with a total of three separate units, offer time together in spacious living areas and separate quarters to rest. These cabins bring together the mountain`s historic charm with modern amenities and style.

The property has two structures, the lodge and duplex, just steps apart. The duplex features an upstairs and downstairs unit, each with their own separate entrance, full kitchen and porch with swings and rocking chairs. Just steps across the gravel parking area you will find the lodge, with enough common space for the entire group. A large kitchen capable of feeding the masses opens to ample dining and living spaces where everyone can congregate. A double-sided original stone fireplace extends into a lounge bar off the living area, making this stay a perfect option for your next celebration.

The ways you can space out your party are endless with this incredible property featuring 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and 3 living spaces, yet all interconnected for when you want your time together. Gather around the outdoor fire pit between the lodge and duplex, roast smores and make memories, planning the next opportunity you get to come back and book again.

Guests will have access to the full property, including its 4 sprawling acres.

We keep the home stocked with various supplies and amenities guests may need during their stay. We should be able to help you find what you need; however, we generally have someone available if onsite support is needed.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

The roads to the property are paved and there is parking available onsite. You’ll take Wellington Drive off Old Weaverville Rd. Continue around the bend and at the top of the hill, take a left on Naples Rd. The property will be set back in the woods on the left.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- We love pets, and this property would be perfect for your furry friends. Please add any pets to your reservation. Please keep your pets on a leash when outside, off furniture inside the house, and in crates when left alone. Additional fees may be charged back to guest should excessive cleaning be required from a pet on the reservation.

- We provide coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get guests started. Guests needing additional of these items will need to replenish their supply.
- Only guests included on the reservation may stay on the property unless prior approval is provided by the host.
