4-Person Condo only a short walk to beach.

One bedroom condo that is only one block from the beach. The condo sleeps 4 persons. Has one queen platform bed and one queen couch pull out bed. There are many restaurants in the area only a short walk or drive away. This condo is in a nice complex it is a ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and complex grills. Great for a relaxation! Has new 1G internet and two televisions with a rear porch where you can sit and relax and enjoy yourself. I provide a Keurig coffee or tea machine with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate pods. Location of the condo makes it easy to walk about 1 block to one of the best parts of the beach. There are several great restaurants within a mile from the property.

Phenomenal condo

Art was an amazing host!! I absolutely love how he changes the door code after each guest, and he asks what number you would like to use. The condo was very nice and clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking this condo again in the future!!

Cozy place minutes from the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Prints C5. The rustic side of the unit added some relaxation and laid back feelings. The owner/manager was very communicative and open to all of our requests and suggestions.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean, well stocked, and only a block from the beach. Owner was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Relaxation close to the beach

As close to the beach as you can get without having to pay ridiculously high prices! It’s a great little condo for a get away in a nice area! 2 blocks away from the beach and Popano Joes! We didn’t utilize the pool because we had the beach but it looked to be nice as well!

Came solo from NH for my nieces wedding. The condos are kept up nicely and people take really good care of the pool I noticed. Inside, Art has done a nice job making it comfortable. The bed was comfy and as a solo woman traveler, I felt safe here. He was also very accommodating to my travel plans and was available if I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again and maybe bring the kiddos next time!

Perfect

This was a perfect spot for me and the two children I brought with me(daughter and nephew). The front door is located right in front of the designated parking spot so it’s easy to unload and reload luggage etc. The back door leads right to the courtyard and pool - so convenient! The walk to the beach is short and pleasant. The condo had all the amenities necessary for our stay(even extra beach towels)! Arthur(the host) is attentive and friendly. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future endeavors!

Perfect for a family of four

This place is a hidden gem along the Destin/Miramar Beaches. It is very clean and has everything you need to cook, play, and enjoy the beach. The beach is a short walk to a public beach with beautiful sand and crystal clear water. My boys slept on the sleeper sofa, and they said it was comfortable. The master bed is also very comfortable. The pool to the condo is very clean and well kept. There are also several restaurants close by. We will definitely be back when we visit the area!

Small and cozy

Short walk to the beach. Provided nice beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Owner was super nice and communicated well and timely. Room was clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Location location

This property was very clean and convenient! Art made sure every detail was taken care of. He checked in before check in and before check out. Answered ask questions quickly! The condo is a 3 minute walk to beach. Art provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas! Def will stay again!

Review of “4-person condo only a short walk to beach” in Miramar Beach, FL

I had a pleasant and comfortable experience with this condo for the duration of my stay. Very nice, clean, and accommodating condo for 4 people. This condo is in the middle of the building with ground floor access. Parking right in front of the condo just off the roadway. One spot in front with ‘open’ spaces on each side of Building. The Front Door and living room window faces the Condo’s parking spot, so you can easily see your vehicle right in front. The front entryway has a screen door fully enclosed door with smart keypad entry. The owner will provide the keycode once you arrive with very good detailed instructions with pictures. The ground floor condos are all one bedroom with the 2nd floor units being 2 stories with multiple bedrooms. The condo has newly installed tiled floor throughout, freshly painted walls and ceilings with ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. There is new and plush, comfortable furniture in living room with queen sleeper sofa with matching loveseat. Living room has 70” 4K Samsung TV with Renter Profile. There is also a Fire Stick with Renter Profile. Full kitchen with full size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, double sided sink with dishwasher. It is just big enough for cooking with provided pans, pots, plates, glassware, and utensils. Full clean bathroom with good size vanity and full-size tub with shower. The 1 bedroom at back of condo has a window and door with access (with smart keypad) to back patio overlooking grassy area with community barbeque pit and pool house. The bedroom is large and roomy with new queen bed which has a comfortable and medium firmness mattress. The bed frame is raised with ample storage built in along bottom and within the full-size headboard. There is one large dresser in front of bed on the long closet wall. There is no TV in the bedroom. The bedroom has a large closet with 2 doors on each side spanning the width of the bedroom behind the dresser. For my stay the owner provided beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. There is a new full-size washer and dryer in it’s own laundry room area in the bedroom next to the closet. The back patio has table and chairs with cushions. The AC works very well, no issues cooling the condo. WiFi is provided with good coverage throughout the condo and to front parking area and at back patio area. The owner is very nice and always accessible and accommodating as/if needed. I would definitely stay here again.
