Guests can walk to the Rim Trail which is perfect for easy hiking, biking, walking and running. You can walk to downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shops unique to Page. Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas are a 10 minute drive to paddleboard, kayak, boat or play in Lake Powell.
At the heart of the Grand Circle, this home is the perfect hub for any adventure on your list: hiking, biking, boating, kayaking or canyoneering. All is well, at the Lake Powell Swell House. Your relaxing vacation begins upon your arrival to our single-level property. Designed to provide the most comfortable stay for all our guests, the large beds, baths and open living/dining/kitchen area will delight families and friends. The backyard oasis is one of a kind!

You'll enjoy all the kitchen counter space when you arrive, making it easy to unload your groceries. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, electric stove, and all the important cooking gadgets; cooking will be a breeze during your stay. Deciding whether to have your meal at the inside or outside dining area will be the question.

After a long day at the lake, relax in one of several comfortable seating areas the Swell House offers. In the living room, the large L shape couch is perfect for enjoying a movie on the 55" Smart TV. Seating at the kitchen counter will keep the conversation going while preparing food. The master bedroom lounge is great for reading a book or watching TV. Catch the sunset from several outdoor seating areas or gather around the firepit to finish off the night.

Rest easy each night in our oversized plush beds. With 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and futon sofa, 7 guests can comfortably sleep and recharge during the stay. Upon waking, make yourself a cup of coffee or tea at the Swell Coffee Bar and curl up in a comfortable seat to start your day! Watch the sunrise or enjoy some yoga in the backyard.

A fresh shower in either bath will have you awake and ready for adventures. In the en suite master bath, you'll find a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, dual vanity sinks and plenty of storage for all your toiletries.

The Lake Powell Swell house is a perfect retreat for your southwest adventures! You'll have plenty of parking to bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks or water toys. NOTE: Home has a separate private apartment attached. NO SHARED SPACES. This apartment has its own entrance and fenced yard. Apartment may be occupied at times.
