Disappointing

While the stay was not completely awful, it was disappointing to us upon arrival given the cost required to stay. It seems that while this location may have once been upheld, it is very apparent that it is no longer maintained in the same way. Upon arrival it was noticed by everyone that there would not be enough room for all fourteen of us to comfortably stay there. With four rooms ten of us comfortably fit with two people to each of but two smaller beds. Of all of the four bedrooms only one had a tv - in the rest of the house there was a tv in the living room and one in the garage which was completely unused throughout our vacation due to the temperature. From the moment we walked in we noticed dirty windows full of bugs and dust littered baseboards. One of the beds full of sand which had to be shaken out, a wet comforter in the closet, and a water damaged wall. In the kitchen there was a dishwasher covered within by a white residue as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and furthermore a lack of dishwasher pods to even use the dishwasher. There was two mixing bowls and only two pans which made it difficult to prepare food for fourteen people. The cabinets within the kitchen had crumbs left within them from I presume the previous habitants. There were no trash bags to even utilize for the trash cans. In other areas there was faulty electrical and squeaky beds as well as loose toilets. While not a terrible stay it was definitely a misleading advertisement.

College House

We stayed here with my family for 5 nights over New Year's and my brother and his family had a similar house during this time frame. My brother's house was less than 1 mile away, with both houses in the same price range and size. His house and his experience was much better than the one we had in this house. This house is more suited for college age adults than for families. It has a heated pool, pool table, ping pong table, and a basketball free throw station; as well as a bar in the pool table/TV/great room. What it lacks is family amenities, such as dressers or tables for luggage; basically you live out of your luggage on the floor. Two bedrooms had no night stands nor lamps. The water pressure is very low in the bathrooms. It's hard to determine what light switch controls what light/fan; in some cases the switches don't seem to control anything. The outside lounge areas are not as nice as the ones in the photos. The dining table chairs are not like the ones in the photos and they were unstable. One chair had a very loose leg (broken) and several others were shaky. Overall, we were disappointed in both the house and the host. The website indicated that Michael was the Premier host and that was not the case. Our host was not Michael and I do not know if she was a Premier host. My brother's host provided a vase of flowers, a basket of snacks and chocolates, a list of things to do in the area, and bottles of water. My brother's house is a10 and this is a 5.

Friends Fellowship

Good communication before booking the property. Checking in was a breeze. Was provided detailed instructions. The house was large, and was able to comfortably accommodate me and the other guests. Starting with the kitchen, nice size kitchen that allows space for multiple people to move around in. The fridge was dirty. We were going to clean beforehand anyways, but didn’t expect to scrub. We really loved the living room area, with the built in bar and a pool table. The main room was super nice. Private bathroom, jetted tub, “mood lights”, and outside entry to the pool deck. Inside the home was loaded. The provided just about everything you needed (extra toilet paper, bathing and pool towels, seasonings, dishes, soap, etc). This was definitely a PLUS! The backyard was a very nice setup. Couldn’t get the string lights on at first, but ended up finding out that they plug in to the leg panel. When we arrived, the pool was full of leaves. Pool guy came the next day and removed most of the leaves. Was told that it was heated, but it never heated. Checking out was even more of a breeze. We didn’t have a to do anything! Thanks again for allowing us to stay at the property. I do recommend this property.

Great Thanksgiving family getaway!

The house was larger than we imagined with spacious bedrooms and adequate sleeping for 11 people. The outdoor space was large and provided additional room to spread out. The added bonus was the pool table, ping pong table & heated pool that the children were in day & nigh. That was great because in Nov it’s not always beach weather. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay for our big family

Very nice rental for our large family. Large kitchen and dining area, rec/tv room, pool table, beautiful large pool area was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 kids. Reagan made sure we had everything needed for our stay. Highly recommend!
