The Space:

Soft light streams through the windows each morning, inviting you to stretch out on the patio or settle into a quiet corner before the day begins. The open flow between indoor and outdoor spaces lets you drift from a relaxed breakfast to a splash in the private pool without missing a beat. Whether you gather around the game room for friendly competition or unwind by the fire pit as the sun sets, the villa feels like a private oasis built for togetherness.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for up to ten guests. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, includes 1 King Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, offers 2 Single Bunk Beds. Bedroom 4, Color circle, includes 1 Queen Bed. Two bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The main living area offers flexible seating for group time or quieter moments. A TV and dedicated workspace support downtime and everyday needs. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the temperature just right. The game room adds another layer of activity with a pool table, poker table, foosball table, and arcade games, all opening toward the backyard.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample room to move as you prepare meals. The adjacent dining area bridges the kitchen and living spaces, allowing meals to flow naturally from cooking to conversation.



Outdoor living

A private pool anchors the backyard, with optional heating available for cooler evenings. A fire pit, putting green, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge create multiple ways to enjoy Clearwater’s warm climate. A fenced backyard and patio provide additional seating and open space. Free parking on the premises and street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided. Wifi supports daily use, and a smart lock enables easy self check‑in. The home is pet‑friendly and family‑ready, offering a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and a high chair.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the villa places you close to outdoor spaces, beaches, and local restaurants while offering a peaceful residential setting.

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
