Location, location, location

To find a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in such close proximity to restaurants and the beach for this price point is rare. We had minor issues which the property manager took care of immediately.

Great place and close to the beach

The place is exactly how it was described on the listing. It had a full size kitchen and all of the appiances and amenities. Everything was clean.

Review of property Great location

The interior property was fine. It needed a much larger couch and possibly a comfortable chair. Some small touches and it could really be special. The location was excellent. The ability to walk to Garlic as well as the beach and Flager ave. Made well worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

NSB Weekend

This property was perfect for my birthday weekend. Super close to the beach and Flagler Avenue. Property matches what is advertised. Very clean. Our host Kim was excellent to work with. I would definitely stay at her property again.

Vacation home

The manager was very Nice was right on top when we told her about a problem . Needs more silverware towels could also use more pots and pans baking stuff needs to have a tv in the bedrooms also. Over all we loved the place good location nice room sizes just a few added things and a better clean job and it would be a perfect place to stay.

Disappointed

We didn't stay. The property was unkept. There were no numbers on the door. We couldn't get in touch with the owner so we had to find another place. We're trying to get our.money back but there's no way to communicate. Very disatified with Virbo

The property was in a good location to the beach, Publix and restaurants. The place was clean and neat. (2) bedrooms, opposite sides of the living space. The host was very responsive to questions via the messages through the VRBO app. Please charging bricks with you. We made a last minute decision to have a sunrise photo shoot on the beach. Of course, we had to be over early in the morning and decided to get a room so we did not have to drive over at 3:00 AM. We packed quickly and forgot a few items. I travel quite a bit for work and prefer using VRBO when possible. I take things for granted. A recommendation to the host would be to purchase a couple of smart alarm clocks and/or lamps with built in USB and USB-C ports. It is so helpful on the alarm clock next to the bed. I can plug in the phone and watch. Fun fact, you can use the USB ports in the back of the TV with your phone charging cable..I would definitely stay there again.

Location was convenient to Flagler Ave and beach. Interior was extremely dated. The room with the king bed had no curtains. The window treatments elsewhere in the apt were cheap and did mot even block any light from entering. Some appeared to have holes throughout, caused by who knows what…. The floors were probably softer than the beds. No instructions how to operate the tv. There were no extra linens found…. Blankets, wash cloths, pillows. Then, to add to the sleepless night, the smoke alarm batteries needed replaced and we had to find the beeping alarm and get up to remove the batteries. Not a fun stay.

First time using Vrbo

Upon arrival the location to NSB was great. But went to the advertised unit that i thought i had rented with a upstairs unit and discover that the photos didnt match the rental. Instead i recieved a code to a rental on the first floor. I contacted Kim and to verify the code was to a lower unit I also requested the wifi passcode. We entered the rental and discover a small water leak on the floor coming from ice maker from the refrigerator. So i put a cup under the leak and empty it as it filled through the visit. Went to the 2nd bedroom and unpacked my bag and the fire alarm was chirpering do to low batter. We went to the grocery store and bought groceries a 9 volt battery for the smoke detector and toliet paper sense the rental had little to none. Came home to prepare supper and discover the stove didnt work. So the plans to cook through the weekend didnt happen and i had to return the majority of the food that was bought back to the store. The next norning We woke up and i dicided to make coffee and found a used filler in the coffee maker with coffee grounds, this is a indicator to me that the the unit was not cleaned from the previous renter and i can only imagine what else was not cleaned. This is my first rental with VRBO and to say iam not impressed with my result. I shouldnt have to constantly be calling the manager about the rental. I will be very hesitant ever booking another VRBO due to the constant issues with the rental and would favor staying in a hotel on my next vacation.
