Quaint place!!

This place was up to expectations! Very quiet and clean! Raymundo was quick to communicate. Enjoyed the grill area, very clean grill! We would stay here again for-sure!!

Vacation with new great granddaughter

The property was great and centrally located to restaurants, the mall, Target, walmart and HEB. A 5 min drive to everywhere we went. A woman’s dream! The condo was very lovely and the bedrooms were perfect. The mattress was very comfortable. It was everything we hoped for and more.

A Nice Stay In Oil Country

This property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and all rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Our stay at this property was quite relaxing.

Lovely quiet week

Great little apartment

This is a very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe at all times. the apartment has everything you would ever want/need. Comfortable beds/ Kitchen amenities. Since my last stay the shower temp had been adjusted, which really highlights the owner cares and pays attention to these reviews. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Nice quiet place convenient location.

Great place. Will stay there again. If there is one thing to complain about and it is picky, is that the anti scald feature of the bathtub/shower needs adjusted. On a cold morning lukewarm is the hottest water available. The sinks all get good hot water.

Nice area

We are from Midland and wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle. This was just enough out the way yet still close to everything we wanted to do. Cute place, nice neighborhood and very clean.

Very Comfortable

Great communication with the propert owner/manager. One very minor problem that was communicated and resolved at check in. I felt at home and I will book the propert again if available for my October visit. Perfect setup if travel alone and very good for 1+.

Very comfortable!!!

The property is great. It met all my needs. I loved having a kitchen to prepare my own meals. It was well equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable which is one of things I appreciate. I come to Midland for work so rest is important. I'd recommend this property to any.

Terrific Property!

I have stayed several times at this property and everytime it has been great. It is always clean and fresh. I appreciate having everything I need in one location. I really appreciate the availablity of the washer and dryer as well as a kitchen stocked with every tool I need to to prepare food at home. The location to the loop 250 is also a plus. It sure makes it easy to get around. I really recommend this property.

Everything I need to be comfortable

I enjoy the fact that this property has a well appointed kitchen. It is very comfortable and so accessible. It is easy to get to all locations in town. The hosts are very helpful and always great at communicating.

Exactly as advertised.

I've stayed at this property several times and it has always been clean and well-appointed. Its location is easily accessible from anywhere in town thanks to its proximity to the 250 Loop and Wadley. The host are wonderful at communicating and make sure needs are met promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Another Great Stay!

This place is very comfortable and has all of the amenities I need. It was the second time I've stayed here and it was great again. Both times I have stayed for at least 2 weeks. It is very safe and convenient. The host are very helpful, kind and responsive. I would really recommend this as an option.

A home away from home.

I had an extended stay at the property for work and it was just the right place for me. It had everything I needed to be comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed; it had a washer and dryer which was so convenience and even covered parking. I could tell that they owners made a special effort to clean the property and furnish it for guests needs. Easy access to the 250 Loop was perfect for my commute. The owners even made sure I would be warm enough during a cold snap. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I will be staying there the next time I'm in town. Thank you for the hospitality.

Comfortable & Cozy

We enjoyed our stay at this condo while working in West Texas. It had all the comforts of home and plenty of space to spread out & work at night, while being in a neighborhood where we felt comfortable leaving our computers and equipment during the day while working in the field. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy and the space had a solid internet connection. We recommend this condo for anyone needing a place to stay in Midland.

Excellent Stay

This listing is exactly as described! It’s very clean, in a super quiet neighborhood, and the owners are very responsive. We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was exactly what we needed- away from everything but close enough to grab a bite to eat or go do things around town. I would love to stay here again in the future- highly recommend!

A Pleasant Place to Hang Your Hat

This duplex was just right! It had everything I needed and was completely as advertised. The home was clean, well furnished, and perfectly located for accessing anything you might want or need while staying in the Midland/Odessa area. The owners were quick to respond to messages and the home was in a quiet and cared for community. Thanks for a great visit! Just what I was looking for.
