Direct access to biking/walking trails and a state park, as well as mini golf and local restaurants all within a half mile. House is equipped with a large game room, outdoor sand lot, patios, a rooftop deck and more! Attached and detached garages. Local access to a boat marina and ramp. Over 4,000 sq ft of living area not including the 3,000 sq ft enclosed pool room & hot tub. Beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops. Bring your whole family and friends with 6 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms!

The indoor pool with jacuzzi, slides, and big screen tv makes it feel like you’re the only person at a resort. We had an absolutely incredible stay. The house was spacious and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, and the pool room truly felt like having our own private resort. The temperature in the pool room was perfect, even in November! The home also has a huge kitchen and large living rooms that aren’t even fully shown in the listing photos.Chad was fantastic, super responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We had an amazing trip and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Loved this property, especially the indoor pool! It was so nice to be able to swim inside after having a hot day at the beach. The property owner was great to deal with and we had no issues with communication. Everyone unanimously agreed they want to come back.

The property was amazing. I had organized a long golf weekend for 14 guys and we had a blast. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Also there is a 6th bedroom in the detached converted garage that I don’t believe was even pictured on the posting. The roof top deck was amazing having cigars on a clear night. The pool and hot tub room has a nice tv where we were able to relax and catch the Phillies game. The vibes were great all weekend and we’re thrilled with our stay!

Perfect Friends Trip

This property is amazing! The house is clean and well-maintained. Obviously the highlight of the property is the indoor pool and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and was the perfect hangout for our adult friends trip. The Ocean View area has plenty of restaurants and bars to visit and the house was so great we made sure to be back plenty early enough to enjoy it to the fullest. The owner was easy to connect with and very accommodating!
