The guests have access to the following:
1) Kitchen:
This includes use of any utensils such as forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups, etc. As well as Top-Of-The-Line GE microwave, oven, Countertop stove, and Stainless-Steel Refrigerator. There is a toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Air-Popper for popcorn, and blender as well. You may help yourself to any food, water, & soda found in the cupboards / fridge however the guest is expected to please clean up after oneself and respect the space as if it were their own.
2) Laundry Room:
Top-Of-The-Line GE Front-loading Washer / Dryer. Help yourself to washing & drying clothes if need be. I provide laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. You will find two Kayak life jackets located in the left corner above the washer.
3) Living & Dining Room:
Make yourself at home, take a load off. Feel free to grab a book from my various selection, turn on the TV or connect to the Bluetooth speaker. Please kick back and relax wherever you find most comforting. Both TVs located in each room are smart TVs with various apps such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, voodoo, YouTube, etc. I have a few card games/ puzzles available as well.
4) Bathroom:
Top of the line jacuzzi jetted tub with complimentary bath salts, His & Her Robes, & a Smart TV for all of your needs. A Glass door shower with two shower heads with plenty of space. Finally, a giant vanity to tie it all together. I provide Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and Hand Soap.
5) Bedroom:
Feel free to unload your luggage and make use of the bedroom dresser and closet space. Within your room you will find a TV, minifridge, and Xbox360 with a variety of games & DVDs as well.
6) Other:
• Self check in is available & I can walk you through the homestead as well
• High speed and reliable Wi-Fi is available

During Summer month's: There is a boat launch at the end of road with easy access for speedboats, Pontoons, kayaks, jet skis, etc. to the Pond.
- I have kayaks available if you would like to use them and thoroughly enjoy the gorgeous water, just feel free to shoot me an inquiry. I provide 2 life jackets as well :)
About a mile down to the left there is a sand bar perfect for standing around and having a drink, throwing a Frisbee, or just relaxing in the sun! (After kayaking to it)

Let’s be honest. Everyone is ultimately on here to find a destination and have fun.
I’m totally okay with individuals kicking back and enjoying their time coming and going as you please.
That being said, as long as it isn’t harmful or potentially dangerous to the home, the surrounding property, or oneself.
If you want to smoke, please do it outside.
If you want to drink, inside or out are both applicable.
