We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean and beautifully, tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and all the linens and amenities were top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great place to stay

The place is really nice. It's part of a 4 unit townhouse which I wasn't sure about at first, but ended up being amazing. We never heard any of the neighbors and it's on a really quiet street. Hot Springs Village was very easy to enter and we were surprised at everything available within the village. I would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful extras - gift basket, individually wrapped cookie, coffee pods. Well decorated and updated. Very nice place.

Perfect Spring Break

Our family wanted to find a place in Hot Springs Village to enjoy all of Hot Springs and its surrounding beauty. Hermosa at DeSoto Courts was absolutely perfect for our family of 3, plus Nana. Close to everything within the Village, and a quick and easy drive to and from Hot Springs, was a great plus. Highly recommend staying here and the property owners are just as delightful as the property!

A wonderful place to stay for a getaway!

We have had a fun, last-trip of summer time, in Arkansas… donuts, downtown Hot Springs and seeing the Fordyce Bathhouse museum, hike at Lake Catherine and to some waterfalls, swimming and kayaking at Ouichita Lake, miniature golfing, and night swimming at Desota lake. We packed it all in! We loved our stay here. It is very clean and well-stocked with everything you need! We appreciated all the little extra things that allowed us to cook easily. The beds are SO comfortable and we slept well! There are plenty of towels, laundry detergent, bars of soap, bathroom supplies, paper towels, etc. We loved playing Scrabble at night and our daughters played Sorry. The mini golf has a full 18 holes and is fun! The hostesses are incredibly kind and professional and communication was amazing! Thanks so much for helping make this a fun trip- we will be back!

Beautiful Stay

We stayed here for a few days and it was such a nice and easy process. The area is so gorgeous with lots of trees. The house was perfect and lots to offer any family. Terri and Ginger have done an awesome job setting it up. Lots of extras provided for your stay. We will for sure book again with them. Promise you won't be disappointed in your stay here. Thanks for treating us like family!

What a wonderful gem in Hot Springs!

If you're looking for a lovely place to stay in Hot Springs Arkansas, then this is it!! I took my family and my sister, her husband, and their two little ones here on vacation, and we all had such a great time. The first thing I had noticed were all the thoughtful amenities in place. From a mix of k cups, even snacks, to toiletries that went above and beyond. The hosts were very good at communicating and answering any questions or comments I had very quickly. It's a great location for all your family fun needs and isn't far from all the neat places that Hot Springs holds. 10/10 would stay here again!

Pleasant and peaceful

This unit is pleasantly decorated and very clean. Sleep is important - the beds and linens were comfortable. At this time, the unit is more suited to adults than children (size of flatware and type/size of dinnerware and glasses) but we made do and we definitely enjoyed or stay very much.

Don’t think twice… Just BOOK it before it’s gone!! This property is a rare gem! All you need is your cloths & whatever your cooking ( if cooking is necessary) Terri & Ginger have anything that you may need or forget. The amenities are endless. When you have a large family & need to cook to save money; it’s great to just bring food without having to spend extra money on simple items or having to pack all that extra stuff. I had a family of six & the home was very spacious, clean, comfortable, & affordable. I travel a lot & I can honestly say that this is hands down, the best property that I ever have booked! I usually don’t comment on bookings but since the hostess put so much thought into making my stay Amazing … this is the least that I can do to show my appreciation. Every booking should be like this one !!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

The townhouse was clean and inviting. We were a party of 4 and had plenty of space. The hosts were great in that they supplied soaps, washing pods and paper products so that we didn’t need any of those items. It was a great getaway and I would certainly give this property the highest rating. Hot Springs Village is a wonderful place.

Married nearly 41 years, Ginger looks forward to retiring to her Village home, where she can fully immerse herself in the community's charm.
