Villa Oleander está ubicada en la bahía de Amenopetra entre los pueblos de Glossa y Elios en la costa oeste de la isla de Skopelos. La villa está orientada al sur, con vistas a la península de Evia (Eubea). La playa de Armenopetra, una playa de arena / gravilla, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie. Elios se puede llegar en unos 5 minutos en coche. Hay buenas tiendas y algunas tabernas recomendadas. Incluso el pintoresco pueblo de Glossa, que está a aproximadamente un cuarto de hora en coche de la casa, ofrece buenas tiendas y restaurantes.

La villa tiene una superficie habitable de aproximadamente 240 m², tiene un gran salón con cocina - comedor, una chimenea y una gran terraza con hermosas vistas al mar.

Hay alojamiento para hasta ocho personas en cuatro amplias habitaciones dobles, cada una con su propio baño.

Uno de los dormitorios pertenece a un apartamento separado y totalmente equipado con baño y cocina, así como a un antesala equipado.

Una "sala de televisión" separada y bien insonorizada con una gran pantalla plana también está en la casa.

En el jardín de la casa hay una piscina (10 x 4 m) con un gran solárium y excelentes vistas al mar.

Great place to stay stunning views and a well kept property

A week with our family in a lovely house and pool would highly recommend The road in is steep if you are a nervous driver. Otherwise a overall good place to holiday

Best week ever in Greek Islands

This villa is incredible in every way. Fantastic design for us with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own space but plenty of communal areas to chill together. Spotless. Beautiful pool. Quiet. Brilliant holiday.

This property is everything the photos promise and more! The view keeps taking your breath away every time you see it.All the bedrooms are really spacious each with their own bathroom and the large open plan lounge and kitchen were fantastic communal space with of course the fabulous balcony and that view!A few reviews have commented on the track to and from the Villa. While it does take you by surprise you quickly get used to it and any decent hire car will manage it. We had a Jimmy and a Ford Kuga, both managed equally well. The local Beach is genuinely a five minute walk away, is very private and quiet with beautiful sunset.All in all a fantastic holiday for all of us and will definitely return when the opportunity arises

Stunning view, gorgeous villa

The view from the villa cannot be captured with a photo. It is unbelievably beautiful. The villa is very clean, spacious and well designed, and has lots of different areas to relax in - both inside and outside. We travelled with four teenagers and they were very happy to set themselves up on the lower floor with the playroom/ TV room. The set up worked really well for our group. We loved eating on the terrace. If you get a large car (we had a 9 seater), be warned that you cannot enter the property from the road above- and it is near impossible to enter from below. We soon figured out to drive down the steep road and drop people and any shopping in front of the gate, and then park down at the bottom for the driver to walk back up. Also to take the other road back up (not the villa road). None of this was made clear by the meet and greet representative, so may be useful for others to know in advance.

All around stunning

We had an amazing stay at the home. The space is open, airy with stunning views from of the sea from most rooms. The photos almost doing do it justice, it’s so much better in person. Eberhard was a great an amazing host, great communication and immediately put us in touch with Archantoula who met us at the home, showed us around and made herself available, and gave us great tips for restaurants, boat services etc throughout the trip. We underestimated the steep dirt road, A jeep is definitely best for getting around the area but we managed with a small passenger car in the end. There is a small beach down the road and it was lovely. We soon discovered these little gems are found throughout. We didn’t want to leave. The house was equipped comfortably to accommodate our group of 8 and we spent quite a bit of time just sitting by the pool on comfy loungers or on the terrace soaking in the amazing views. Absolutely stunning. Thank you truly for sharing your home with us. We were celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday during the stay and she was over the moon! Loved every minute! Thank you!

Lieber Eberhardtunser Aufenthalt in der Villa Oleander war grandios. Wir haben es genossen! Wir waren zu viert mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen in der Villa. Jeder hatte ausreichend Platz und Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt spektakulär am Hang und hat von der Terrasse als auch vom Inneren des Hauses einen phänomenalen Meerblick. Ein Must-Do ist der Sonnenuntergang, den man am unterhalb des Hauses gelegenen Strand genießen kann. Danke an Anthoula für den Restaurant-Tipp Steki Plateia, hoch oben in der Altstadt von Glossa.Herzliche Grüße Rainer und Monika

Urlaub mit Freunden

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft war sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Man sollte sich nur auf eine abenteuerliche Zufahrt einstellen, da der Weg relativ steil und holprig ist.

Wunderbare große Villa mit Meerblick, tolle Umgebung

Geräumige und bestens ausgestattete Villa in perfekter Lage. Der Meerblick ist traumhaft - von allen Zimmern und vom Pool aus. Ganz wichtig war für uns, dass der Sand-/Kieselstrand Armenopetra zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreicht werden kann. In jedem Fall kommen wir wieder.

Ein Traum auf Skopelos

Es handelt sich um eine geräumige, geschmackvolle Villa in bester Lage! Sie hat einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer, kleinere Inseln und auf die Halbinsel Evia (Euböa). Das Haus liegt an der Westküste der Insel, ist mit seiner großen Terrasse jedoch nach Süden ausgerichtet. Daher hat sie viel Sonne auch noch im Oktober. Sehr schön ist auch der Strand Armenopetra, den man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Da die meisten Restaurants leider bereits geschlossen hatten, wussten wir die mit Geschirr, Geräten, Gewürzen ausgestattete Küche besonders zu schätzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, voraussichtlich bereits im nächsten Jahr.

Une vue spectaculaire

Nous avons loué cette maison à deux familles (chacune composée de deux adultes et deux adolescents). La maison est très spacieuse, très joliment décorée avec une vue splendide sur la mer et les collines boisées. Les photos sont parfaitement fidèles à la réalité. Les enfants ont adoré l'espace "adolescents" créé au rdc avec le babyfoot et bien évidemment la piscine, qui offre encore une fois de plus un point de vue magnifique. L'ile étant petite, il nous a été facile de nous déplacer avec la voiture vers les différentes plages et villages. Attention, prévoir voiture avec un bas de caisse élevé. A la moindre question/difficulté, la manager de la maison/le propriétaire sont très réactifs.

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic stay at Eberhard and Benjamin’s villa. The view from the terrace was amazing, we never tired of it! The villa was well equipped and the help getting directions and access was great. Only comment would be that the roads approaching the villa are pretty steep, winding and mostly unmade - make sure to get a 4x4 car to be able to deal with them. The local beach is only 500 metres away and a couple of days we had the beach to ourselves. Slight challenge with our neighbours creating noise overnight but that was no fault of the villa or our hosts and their support sorting it out was much appreciated. At fantastic villa and would not hesitate to recommend.

Gorgeous Sea View Villa

Oleander House exceeded our expectations - the photos are wonderful, but don't do it justice. How can you convey the sounds of the cicadas and smell of the olive groves in pictures? The architectural house is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated - lovely linens, good mattresses, very clean and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and loungers were a great place to hang out - when we weren't at the beach... The beach is a hidden gem; the road is just difficult enough to dissuade most tourists - clear, warm water in a protected bay. Only a few other people on the beach every day when we were there. A five-minute walk down the hill from the house - through olive groves... What a memorable vacation - we will return -

Great moment facing the sea

The house is wonderful. Facing the sea and the islands. Great view, very confortable, fantastic swimming pool on the sea. Just one thing to know : have a good car to get there because of the small access road :-)

Traumurlaub in fantastischer Villa

Sehr gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Villa. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer es selbst benutzen. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr unkompliziert und diese stets hilfsbereit. Für die Kids gibt es Schaukeln und natürlich den Pool. Der Strand unterhalb des Hauses war auch Ende Juli noch fast leer. Ein echter Geheimtipp. Skopelos ist eine fantastische Insel. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Gorgeous retreat

We loved this place of Eberhard's - up a rural mountain with views of the sea and total quiet with high quality and spacious living (with all the important details - great bluetooth speakers and awesome couch) we could have spent another 2 weeks lapping it all in. The house is perfect for young children (of which we have - an active 20 month old and 4 year old had enough space and was also secure enough for me to relax) Highly recommend.

Unforgettable view

We have been in Skopelos for several years and rented various properties on the island. We never had such an incredible view and stayed in such a nice, comfortable and clean house. The property is also walking distance to a small and isolated beach. Usually in August every beach is crowded but, this location is for a few locals! I would certainly recommend to anyone wirh a little adventurous spirit. The only other mention is the driving to the property. A small and steep street requiring some driving skills and attention, especially at night.
