Villa Atheatos en la isla griega más hermosa

Situado en las afueras del pintoresco pueblo de Glossa, Villa Atheatos es un retiro maravilloso y tranquilo, equipado para satisfacer las necesidades de vacaciones de todos.

Construida en 4 acres de viñedos y árboles, esta villa de 2 plantas puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas. La planta superior tiene 3 dormitorios grandes (equipados con camas queen size), dos balcones y un baño completo. La planta baja alberga un espacio abierto que consta de las zonas de salón y comedor, una cocina completa, un baño completo y un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.

En el gran patio de la villa hay un amplio espacio para que los niños jueguen con seguridad o pasear en bicicleta delante de la casa, nadar en la piscina en una calurosa mañana de verano o tomar una comida al aire libre en la barbacoa por la tarde mientras domina el mar Egeo Mar.

La villa es accesible para sillas de ruedas y contiene todas las comodidades modernas (Wi-Fi, TV grande, DVD, CD, etc). Se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos a pie del supermercado local, panadería y quiosco ya 10 minutos del centro de Glossa.

Si usted siente como salar su mascota con usted hay 2 perreras de perro adyacentes diseñado para todas las razas, mientras que la propiedad en sí está totalmente cerrado.

PD. Hay otro pequeño edificio en la propiedad que puede ser utilizado por un miembro de la familia (yo o mis padres) si necesitamos estar en la isla por negocios. Por encima de todo, respetamos la necesidad de privacidad de nuestros huéspedes, por lo que solo usamos las instalaciones en muy raras ocasiones..

Superb!

We have nothing but good things to say about this property. The house was clean, comfortable and so well equipped we wanted for nothing. It is in a great location, very private but close to all amenities. The owner was so helpful to us with our travel arrangements and always responded quickly . Thankyou Haris , we had a magical time and a holiday to remember .

Home from home on the balcony of the Aegean

From before we had even set foot on the beautiful island of Skopelos, we felt confident that we would be well looked after throughout our month-long stay as Haris had been brilliantly helpful over email beforehand. When we arrived we could not have wished for more. Breath-taking views, friendly neighbours with all the amenities of the village right on the doorstep and an incredibly well-equipped house, Haris had ensured that we had everything we needed, from a highchair and cot for our baby son to the smallest item of kitchen equipment. He was liaising with his local contact, Rania, throughout our stay, who helped organise a hire car (recommended), open the super market for us when we arrived on a bank holiday and get us off the island amid an unforeseen ferry strike! The villa itself was fantastic: clean, spacious and comfortable. Although our stay was during 'off season', we found everything we needed in Glossa and spent many lovely mornings exploring the winding streets and marvelling at the spring flora and fauna. Highlights for us included the roof terrace at the villa where we spent every evening watching the night roll in and admiring the stunning scenery, the beach at Kastani, dinner at Agnanti and the delicious green foil-wrapped treats in the bakery! We are truly in love with Skopelos and cannot wait to visit again in the future.

There is only one regret I have for renting to Anna and her family. I was not there in person spend at least some time together. Communicating with them before their visit was effortless and although their trip was quite adventurous ~to say the least~ (including a ferry strike on the day of their departure) they never once lost their good spirit and upbeat mood. They respected the house as if it were their own and everyone who met them couldn't stop saying nice things about them. I believe I couldn't have asked for better guests and I am very happy I was a small part of their first visit to Skopelos. Guests like Anna are exactly the reason I like to offer my house. Anna, next time you find yourself on Skopelos make reservations elsewhere ~but let me know so i can be there as well :)

Clean, spacious house with perfect location and lovely views

We found the house to be a perfect fit for our family consisting of two adults and three teenagers. Very spacious and cosy bedrooms with lots of storage space and nice details to make the place feel like a home. Everything was clean and neat and all communication was just so smooth. Every question we had was answered so quickly and small issues was fixed immediately and friendly. The pool area was nice and we appreciate that there was both a washing machine and a dish washer. The house is so close to everything in Glossa, the bakery and supermarket is busy a few minutes walk away. We do recommend a car though, to get around and explore the beautiful island of Skopelos. The only two things we could wish for is 1) some furniture on the terrace on the second floor to better be able to enjoy the evening sun and the splendid view. 2) air conditioning would have been nice on the warmest nights. Although there were fans in all the rooms it was still a bit hot for our taste. But we knew this beforehand, so no complaints, just mentioning it. We were there at the peak season, so probably not an issue at most other times. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Vacanza in totale relax

La villetta di Haris gode di una bella posizione immersa nel verde lussureggiante dell'isola di Skopelos. Perfetta per 8 persone anche se un bagno in più sarebbe stato utile. I bambini hanno apprezzato molto la piccola piscina della proprietà. Haris è stato molto gentile e puntuale nelle risposte. Consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno per chi ha bisogno di totale relax.

Lovely house amazing views

We stayed for 10 days, explored lots of beaches and found the villa very relaxing. Magic hire cars met us at Glossa port on arrival with our Fiat Panda 4 by 4 as did Rania the local contact who showed us to the villa. The centre of Glossa is easy to walk to for bakery, shops and tavernas and more amazing views and Loutraki port is also a short drive away. We enjoyed snorkelling and exploring the crystal clear waters of Skopelos and also hired a little boat 1 day at Wind boats based in Neo Klima which was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much, Thank you Haris and the people of Skopelos!

Nice place to stay

The villa is very nice, the photos are exactly as in reality ,rooms are big and clean. Nice pool and garden . In the kitchen you can find all you need including dish washer. The only thing missing to be perfect is the air condition but if you are not used with it it's fine. Also the owner it is very friendly .

Alexandar and his friends were fantastic guests! We'd be happy to have them again next year although I understand they like to visit a different island every year! He gave me some great tips on the house and to me personally as a host which I am already looking into! Communication between us was flawless! And they treated the house as their own home!
