Awesome Studio resort condo sleeps 4. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful Pemigewasset River in back.

You’ll love our newly renovated Studio Condo with Kitchenette. Enjoy the Large Flat Screen TV with cable TV, and Roku for your favorite streaming service. Relax with a complementary Keurig coffee on our quiet private balcony with lovely mountain views. Our new reclaimed wood accent wall brings a classy touch of rustic luxury. Relax in comfort in our newly renovated private bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities of our resort including our indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. On site coin-operated laundry, free parking, free shuttle service to Loon Mountain During Ski Season.

This is a private Hotel/Condo with full resort amenities for your enjoyment! You`ll love our indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, access to the Pemigawsett River, Great Room with fireplace, large common deck that faces Loon Mountain, game room, billiard room and on site laundry.

Lincoln New Hampshire is a lovely quaint town in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. This area offers the most hiking trails and waterfalls in all of New Hampshire. Gorgeous mountain peaks abound. We are right at the beginning of the Kangamangus Highway which is listed as one of America’s top 10 most scenic byway‘s. The area boasts many great restaurants and breweries.
Popular nearby attractions: Lost River Gorge, The Flume, The Basin, Franconia Notch, Franconia Falls, Loon Mountain Ski Resort, Clarks Trading Post (Trained Bear Show), Cannon Mountain, The Cog Railway, Alpine Adventures, Moose Tours and much more!

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.

Just what we needed!

This Lodge location was just what we needed. We stayed in Lincoln so we could hit the Flume Slide Trail early in the morning, and this studio was perfect to offer us a comfortable sleep and space to prepare for our journey. Cleanliness and location were EXCELLENT!

Our stay was fabulous. The unit was clean and comfortable. We loved the porch off our room and also the back porch property with decking access to the river. I would definitely recommend this rental to my family/friends. The owner of the unit was welcoming and quick to communicate with us and we knew exactly what to do when we arrived and when we left the property.

The condo and facility were excellent! Easy access and very clean, modern, comfortable accommodations. The bed was great and the balcony had magnificent views. The location is great as well. We went to the Highland Games at Loon Mountain and it was super close. The only thing I could comment on is the amount of communication - it was all good, but in the end, I had 10 emails and 5 text messages from the condo owner (plus 5 from Orbitz makes 20 in total). This became a little overwhelming for a 1-night stay. Maybe they could be combined into ONE welcome email/text message. Simply referencing the binder with room information would suffice.

This unit was incredibly clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the mountain views. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun for our kids. The stairs to the river and fresh blueberries to pick were fun surprises. So close to restaurants and local attractions!

Little Gem

Booked this for my sons annual birthday ski trip. It was just him and me and it was absolutely perfect. It was clean with a lot of charm and in a great location close to Loon, Cannon, and several restaurants. They have an indoor pool,hottub, sauna, fame toom, small gym, laundry, etc. Rick was always quick with replies and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again !

Perfect Stay!!

We loved this condo! It is so cute and beautifully decorated! Spotless and beautiful! We were close to everything, had dinner across the street, and breakfast at a great diner, and really enjoyed an evening in the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We felt so comfortable and at home, like we were staying at a friend’s place. The communication was awesome! We hope to stay here again!! Perfect!

Perfect getaway

Booked this condo for our first trip to bike week and it was amazing. Perfectly well thought out decor, clear communication, impeccably clean and conveniently located near shops and dining. This condo is set back from the road which was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day being quiet and peaceful. Tons of parking with well maintained grounds and laundry right on site. We played in the arcade while waiting lol. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend. Thank you!
