Come relax or play at the Fox Den! We are located in the Village of Loon across the street from Loon Mountain Resort. Right off the Kancamagus Highway, we are close enough to everything yet right up against the White Mountain National Forest. A perfect location no matter what your plans are in the Lincoln, NH or White Mountain region. Access to amenities building includes use of multiple pools, hot tubs, and more.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fox Den. We were in town for the Lafayette Dinner train which was just a short drive away. The Fox Den had a super comfortable bed, a good shower, excellent tv setup and a cozy gas fire place.

Perfect quick getaway! The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, well organized and fully stocked with plates and utensils! Ethan was very responsive and the welcome packet had everything you needed to know about the condo and the area! We will definitely be back!

Mountain getaway

The fox den was a great location right across from Loon and close driving proximity to all the happenings of Lincoln NH. It was clean and offered all the amenities needed including travel size toiletries and important kitchen staples! I would definitely stay here again!

Mini Family Getaway

Property was clean and had everything and anything you could need, as far as house wears and those little things that might slip your mind while packing your travel bag. Kids loved the pools and playground that’s within short walk. Perfect peaceful area to turn vacation mode on.

Perfect quick family getaway

My wife, our three grown (and scattered) children, and I had just three open days in our summer schedules that we could spend together. The Fox Den ticked all of the boxes for what we were looking for, in a part of the country that we absolutely love and could all easily reach. The owners' low-fee approach to pricing sealed the deal for us. The property was exactly as described--clean, right-sized, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the availability of the pools, hot tubs, and cardio and weight room when the weather turned crummy for the second half of our stay.

Perfect location

Great space for a family of four, very clean, stocked with basic needs like coffee, spices, towels and blankets. Cant wait to go back.

Highly recommend for families!

The place was incredibly clean, with all the extras for families to have a great getaway. There were board games for kids of all ages and puzzles too. The porch is so peaceful with an amazing view of the mountain with plenty of seats. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing for the winter time. The loft does get a little hot but the kids loved it! They had all the little things we needed for coffee and cooking which made packing for this trip easy. The community pools were nice with multiple hot tubs. Overall a great place to stay whether you’re skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer. Also, the owners sent an information page describing everything from the heat controls, fireplace controls, pool access, literally everything and it was very easy to follow with lots of pictures. These owners really know how to cater to renters. Thank you for renting to us!

Very close to loon, very clean, only issue is the loft gets very hot which isnt ideal if you dont like sleeping in the heat.

Wonderful time!

We stayed for 10 days with our 2 kids (2 and 6 yo) and we had a fantastic time there. The condo was really cleaned and well equipped and the property manager was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Having access to the inside pool was a blast for our daughters. We went there almost every days. The localization is also perfect, very close to Loon sky resort. The bonus was the generous effort from the property manager who hand delivered something we forgot in the property. Thank you again!

We truly enjoyed staying at this location. It was close to many exciting places and the unit itself was clean and cozy. The host was super nice and even delivered our keys home when we left them there. I’d highly recommend this unit and location.

Close to everything

We love staying at the Village of Loon. The pools and hot tubs are great. We've stayed at 5 or 6 places in this community. This one is clean, bright, has a bigger deck than most, and the pictures are really accurate. It was probably the best stocked rental we've had in a long time with spices, olive oil, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, etc. Perhaps not ideal if you have young kids that you don't want to sleep 2 floors from but we've always worked it out fine. There is a small half wall on the highest level that is probably a concern with toddlers because it can be easily climbed from the bed. We'd definitely stay again.

Great Spot for a Ski Weekend!

Location: Fantastic! On the "other side" of the Loon entrance from 93N so super easy to get in during morning rush (no line coming from the East). Also, super close to Loon. Shuttle too if you prefer. Property: Great ski condo vibe. Not too fancy but fancy enough. Has everything you need. Follow the various guides for internet, heating etc. and you should be good to go. Property manager: Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely would return :)

Great stay!!

Great stay for a family of 4! Property had everything we needed and the owners were awesome w communication and instructions. Great location to Loon mountain and no traffic to enter from this direction which saves a lot of time. We used the pool and the hot tub which the kids enjoyed. Lots of memories made! We will be back!

Fall Weekend Getaway

The Fox Den was the perfect place for our family of four to enjoy the White Mountains during peak foliage. The condo was clean and comfortable. Lincoln and nearby Woodstock have great dining options, and it was an easy drive to Franconia and Crawford Notch. The village is right across the street from Loon Mountain where we enjoyed their Octoberfest celebration.
