"We had a wonderful stay!! We had plans to snowmobile and go sledding, and the location was absolutely perfect because we walked literally across the street to the lake to meet the company for our snowmobile rentals...and the sledding too was across the street at the golf course. The place was perfect for our group. Lots of space, well stocked with the little extras and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with very nice bedding and pillows, which we were very happy about. Great location, close to the town and the lake and even had deer pass by out front and back.

The house had lots of amenities as listed in the ad. Be prepared for lots of stairs!!Carpets could be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise, it was good.

Check in was just fine. At first I couldn't find the email with the code but my daughter texted and got the code right away. So thank you. We appreciated what you had in the kitchen for us to use. We weren't sure what you might have so with two families coming by car we added what we really thought we needed for the big meal we had to prepare for. We appreciated the pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, you had. At some point you might consider getting a few new pans- the food stuck on them even with oil. The bedrooms were great for our family. The kids all wanted to stay together in the one room downstairs and it worked out wonderfully. We added a guest who got in a car accident the first night and it was nice to have the one bedroom on the main floor for him. Was glad because we didn't want him to be going up and down the stairs. We appreciated your answering our questions. We didn't realize it was a 5 unit setting. If you had pictures of the front and back - that would have been helpful. Might add that into your VRBO photos. Sure appreciated having the garage and the extra refrigerator/ freezer. That refrigerator was completely filled along with the one inside. Nice to have the extra table in the garage as well. Thank you again. We loved our stay in Cascade. Had great weather, and our family reunion couldn't have been better!

Wonderful!

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. The property was amazing, spacious and as described in the listing. We spent hours playing at the lake which was just a short walk away. The property is also close to several hiking trails that are family-friendly and provide lots of opportunities to cool down along the way in the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Memorial Weekend

The unit is very spacious and sleeps up to 6 adults and 5 kids. It’s very welcoming for young kids. The garage will hold two mid size to small cars not an SUV or pickup. The quality of the interior unit was well worn but clean. Overall, it was way too expensive for the quality. The rugs were a tripping hazard. They needed non-skid pads under the main floor rugs.

Beyond our expectations.

The condo was better than we expected. Plenty of room, well equipped for our seven-night stay and very close to the lake where we caught a lot of trout. Matt is the best. He was very accommodating to move our original reservation from August of 2024 to April of this year without an additional charge. We’d stay at Matt’s condo if we were to vacation in Cascade in the future.

A wonderful place to rest, relax and enjoy all the area has to offer.

We had a wonderful experience at this townhouse by the lake. It had all the amenities of home including activities and games for the grandkids. There is plenty of room and it is very comfortable and homey. Its proximity to the lake and other activities was a definite plus. We would recommend this location if you are traveling to the Cascade area. Our family would definitely return. The hosts have thought of everything!

Great property

This property was great for our family of 7 (2 Grandparents, 2 parents and 3 children). Plenty of room with three levels and five bedrooms. Nicely decorated and had all the things we needed to cook for the family. We loved the location, with a very short walk to Cascade Lake.

What a perfect location! A minute walk to the marina (with room to park our boat in front of the townhouse). An easy, enjoyable walk downtown too! Great layout to the house, with rooms beautifully decorated and comfortable bedding! Communicative and helpful host! We would definitely stay again!
