We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautifully renovated, very spacious, with a lovely view of the lake. It had all of the amenities we needed with some nice personal touches. It was about a 15 minute walk into town or a quick and easy drive. The national park entrance is very close as well. We appreciated the easy check in process and cleanliness of the condo. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Grand Lake!

An exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked home-away-from-home experience with many thoughtful touches and aesthetic finishes. Comfortable beds, bedroom fans, ample cookware and dishes, spices, and other helpful items. Communication was superb and Tara was very helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you, Tara!

Outstanding stay at beautiful location!

This was perfect for our group of four. Lots of space and a fantastic layout. Great amenities, and very helpful local advice too. We would definitely book again.

Great spot!

We loved this spot in grand lake. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the things you'd hope for in a rental. It is walkable to town - we had a great time and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Only one mile from town allowed us to easily bike to town and the lake. All the small details at this property made our stay extremely comfortable.

Amazing condo in a perfect mountain town! Leah has thought of everything! I have never stayed somewhere as well stocked as this home! All we needed were our clothes! Super comfortable beds. Wonderful kitchen. Back deck overlooking the lake was perfect for coffee in the morning. Only a few miles to the entrance of the park!! e hope to return again soon!

Lakeside Condo

Great location by the lake. The condo was beautifully decorated and very quiet. The host was very accommodating on our arrival and throughout our stay.

Family vacation

Grand Lake is one of our favorite places to visit, this condo made it even better! The unit is even better than described, very clean and best organized kitchen I’ve seen! We had a great time and will absolutely stay in this condo again!

Great spot in a great location

Great experience! The condo is beautiful, very clean and new. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location is excellent: beautiful view of the lake and walking distance to downtown and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Can i give it 6 stars?

This was the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Tara was super responsive, and provided everything we needed for check in, check out and our visit. The condo was very well appointed with everything someone could want or need. The area is beautiful, with lake views and Tara even provided lots of suggestions for restaurants, attractions, activities etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This lodging worked perfectly for us. It’s very livable with all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the appliances worked optimally:-). There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and even some very practical extras like toothbrushes/ toothpaste. The fan for white noise worked great and the humidifier came in handy. There were only a few steps to climb which made getting our groceries and belongings in and out very doable. Check in and directions were easy and spot on. The location is quiet and restaurants and the downtown area are very close. Grand Lake is a great place. RMNP entrance is very close, although for those who prefer the activities on the bear lake road part of the park, this location is not ideal given the lengthy drive to get there and the need for early arrival before the times entry requirement. We loved this condo and would highly recommend it. The host is ideal!

Beautiful and wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful and wonderful place to stay, very well stocked, beds were great. The boys got to watch their football, while us ladies watched Hallmark! Quiet area, beautiful views, relaxing. We will definitely stay in this beautiful condo again.
