Pardes Villa

Welcome! My home is artsy, spacious, two living rooms! A beautiful dining room table with very comfortable chairs. Outdoor Table and chairs. Three different outdoor spots to hang out. A shanti sukkah outside with lots of plants. Parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.
The main part of the house stays very cool in the summer despite there is great central air conditioning in the kitchen and living room! And air-conditioning in every room. We have both solar heating for the water and gas heating so there is always plenty of hot water automatically. (Most houses in Israel don’t have gas heating). Filtered water very large oven and a five range large stove. There is an extra outdoor kitchen for entertaining and a small barbecue.
The master bedroom has its private bathroom and a very large walk-in closet. Large fridge and barstools and bar table. Really comfortable couches and four screens. There are two large size screens and you would hook up your laptop to watch Netflix for whatever you choose. There are two single units on the property that have their own outdoor space in front of their homes closer to street access. My home is on a slightly busy street but it is very far back from the street and once you’re inside you cannot hear the traffic. There are 2 people in the other single units one in each. Very nice respectful neighbors. My place is a 15 minute drive to two beautiful beaches. There are two great cafés literally on the same block! Delicious healthy food and a cute vintage shop! Walking distance to shops and the artist stables, where there is live music often and nice restaurants and lots of fun. Any other questions, please feel free to reach out and ask.
