2 min walk to the beach from our Ocean Escape Jax Beach 3BR home!

Enjoy Jacksonville Beach from this spacious townhouse that lends itself to privacy with all bedrooms having ensuite baths. You will be just a short walk from the beach that is sure to create a lifetime of memories. We have beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, and bikes for our guests to use while staying at our home. There is an outdoor shower that comes in handy after a day at the beach and a great landscaped backyard to enjoy with family or friends. The home has a washer and dryer on the first floor.

We have Roku TVs throughout the home so bring your passwords for your streaming accounts and keep up on all of your shows. The WiFi is fast enough to work remotely while on vacation if needed.

The first floor of our home includes the garage, laundry room, and a bedroom with bath.
There is a convertible sofa on the first floor that converts to a full size bed. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor and the two main bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and a balcony that has an ocean view! The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bath.

For safety, we recommend not overcrowding the balconies (max 6 people on balcony at one time). We lived here ourselves for a year and found the neighborhood to be quiet and friendly. We ask that between 10pm - 7am our guest observe 'quiet time' where there is no talking on the balconies, music playing, or gathering outdoors on the property.

All of the 'beach' amenities such as bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, and BBQ grill are complimentary. We would appreciate notification if one of the amenities such as the grill is not working and we will do our best to remedy the issue. However, it may not be possible to be repaired during your stay.

Wonderful townhouse close to everything

Beaches, bars, great cycling, fishing and much more all within a short walk or bike ride. Owner was great. Loved the well equipped unit.

Great Property and Location

We had a great week at the JAX Beach property. It was exactly as advertised - great location, clean, and had everything we needed. The owner is very easy to work with and we appreciated the tips on local events. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is one of the best.

We have stayed at a number of rentals in the JAX Beach area, which we have enjoyed, but we liked this one the best, and will plan on staying here again. Great location near to the beach, great yard, well maintained and clean unit, and attentive host. We had a great stay!

Fantastic Beach Location

Great location if you are a beach lover! The host was very accommodating and always quick to respond. The house was well stocked with paper products, kitchenware and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, kite, towels, etc.). Also was greeted with a little welcome basket of goodies, which is always a treat that not too many hosts provide. Overall, a great stay.

Came to watch my daughter play in a college golf tournament at UCF. Perfect location and the place was spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer and the owner was very communicative. Thanks for a great 3 days. We will be back.

Perfect location!

We had two adults and 3 teens for a week's vacation and this was the perfect location and house for us. The 3 levels allowed everyone to have their space but there were plenty of spaces to all come together too. We used the bikes, beach chairs, backyard, grill, and kitchen. It had everything that we needed and was just steps from the beach for easy sunrise watching. We would definitely stay here again.

Not your typical beach rental!!

We felt immediately at home in this well equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated beach home. Was not the typical worn and musty beach rentals we’ve stayed in. Two short blocks from the beach and central to everything we needed for our week’s vacation. Highly recommend this unit!!

You will not be disappointed!!

The property was the perfect size and fit for my family. It is very close to the beach and anything else you need, restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shop. Host was very accomodating and answered all communicstion promptly. Property is just as described and has everything you need. We will definately stay here again! You will love it!!

We traveled to Jacksonville area for the first time with friends to attend the JAX/Bengals Monday night game. This rental was just as described in the listing. It was very close to many places we wanted to check out AND extremely close to the beach. Host was great and the house was perfect size for 4 people. Loved each area having full bathroom and backyard area was great for playing cards in the evening! We will definitely rent again!

Perfect House!

We had several family members stay at the house, I live not far away but have no guest room. It was so perfect, spotless, prime location and a great bedroom situation with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Didn't really do any cooking with so many great restaurants nearby, but the kitchen seemed well situated. The little extra things made a huge difference, we used the bikes and the beach chairs. We will 100% use your place again!!

Clean & close to the beach!

This townhouse was close to the beach and it was clean! Pleasantly decorated, clean and easy to communicate to the owner. Plenty of space for our party of 4 adults (2 couples) who came to Jacksonville with our road bikes to ride the trails around the area. It was a pleasant surprise that we were able to keep our bikes in the garage when we weren't riding! Yay! We felt safe in the neighborhood and saw many people out walking. I would recommend and we would stay here again! Thank you! It was a pleasure!

Perfect Beach Vacation Spot

Location was perfect! Just a very short walk to the beach! Also, within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream places! The rooms were perfect! One even have a toddler bed which was perfect so my child didn't have to sleep in a pack-n-play! There was also bed rails and a pack-n-play if we needed them! This house does have lots of stairs so you might want to take that into consideration when booking. I only have two negative things to say, there wasn't enough towels in the bathrooms and there was mold in the washing machine. I didn't feel like these two things were big enough to knock off a star because honestly this was an amazing spot to vacation! We will be coming back for sure!

Thank you so much for your great review! We have a closet full of extra towels (bath and beach towels) on the first floor. The front loading washer does get some mildew around the rubber ring and we ask our guests to leave the door open to help mitigate this common issue.

Wedding staycation

We stayed here to be close to the venue for our son’s wedding. The location was perfect. Only a few blocks from The Refinery where we had the rehearsal dinner (You must try this restaurant!) and Casa Marina where the wedding took place! The layout was perfect for 2 couples and one adult. If you have little ones, there is a toddler bed and portable crib. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. Only place that we saw that the owner may want to address is the carpet in Master bedroom. There are significant stains in the entry way. No issues just a suggestion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Like a lot of Floridians, I am a transplant. Two of my children were born here in Florida and my family loves it here. I've lived here more than a decade and plan on staying local to the area.

My family and I lived at this townhome for a year and absolutely loved it. We decided that we may eventually want to live here again and wanted to let others experience Jacksonville Beach from a more local perspective. We love being able to walk to the beach and then relax on one of the balconies while enjoying some refreshments.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The backyard has a great outdoor area with seating. We recently added a BBQ grill. The townhome is a block from the beach and the outdoor shower is convenient after getting all sandy. You will see people walking, running, bike riding, and rollerblading down 1st street during your stay. We provide some bicycles to enjoy the area. You will be able to walk or ride your bike to some of the areas best restaurants and nightlife.
