Amplia casa adosada de 3 pisos, con playa ubicada a 1 cuadra detrás de la casa y ubicada al otro lado de la calle de un maravilloso parque frente al lago, centro de tenis, cancha de baloncesto al aire libre, tiendas y restaurantes en abundancia. Cuando llegue, puede relajarse, relajarse y disfrutar de una CASA REAL DE PLAYA, no de una "caja de zapatos de playa".

La magnífica suite PRIVADA del dormitorio principal con una cama KING súper cómoda, un baño principal grande con jacuzzi, un balcón privado y vestidores amplios se sienta encima de esta maravillosa escapada a la playa.

Camina por la puerta principal hacia la cocina totalmente equipada con vista al Parque Huguenot de Jacksonville Beach. Continúa hacia las áreas de sala y comedor decoradas vibrantemente, luego sal al patio trasero aislado para hacer una barbacoa y relajarte después de un maravilloso día en la playa.

El segundo piso cuenta con 2 hermosas habitaciones separadas por un gran baño Jack and Jill y balcón privado. Una habitación cuenta con una cómoda cama NEW QUEEN Memory Foam, la otra tiene DOS NUEVAS camas TWIN Memory Foam.

Excellent location. Three blocks from the beach without crossing any busy streets. Close to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Additionally, there is a nice park, pond, basketball and tennis courts right across the street. Loved the hose at the front of the home to wash away the sand every day. Beds were extremely comfortable!! Will definitely stay again.

I sure do hope you’re experience it my beach house was good. I never heard from you otherwise. Since you only gave me three stars I’d like to know why. If clients don’t tell me problems I don’t know about them. Is there something that you were unhappy with that I could work on to make the house better for others. Thank you for staying at my beach house. I’m always baffled by people that complain about the tiniest thing. Most people when they come to Jacksonville Beach don’t want to sit in the living room and watch TV and yes it only has local channels. I’ve not had cable in the past 20 years for a reason it’s accessible with a fire stick you can still get all the stuff you need to watch but it’s still baffles me why people come to watch TV. I do thank you very much for your stay. It always disappoints me when I get negative vibes. Maybe next time you should book a five star hotel so that you have perfect stay in.

Great location and responsive host

The location was just a quick walk to the beach and was on a nice quiet street so it was the best of both worlds. Our host was always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Our host was available for communication and was responsive to requests. Vicki provided good recommendations for local area restaurants and nightlife. The proximity and convenience to the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and short walk to the beach. I appreciated having coffee available. We all rested well after a long day of activities.

Great Location

Amazing location. Close to beach and close to restaurants/stores. We loved being right around the corner from the beach. We have a young baby and that was essential with all the beach stuff we have. Would definitely stay here again!
