This property was as advertised. Cozy, yes, but plenty of amenities. The location is great and we enjoyed a quick trip uptown for dinner, a 3-minutes-away hike the next morning, a glass of wine while overlooking Thunder Mountain from the yard and a wonderful soak in the hot tub late afternoon. The hosts were informative and communicated everything we needed to know in a thorough and timely fashion. We would stay here again.

Excellent communication with the host. Home is cozy and exactly as described. Location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking. We loved that it was so quiet and would stay again.

Great casita! Nice little yard with hot tub, chairs and grill. Plenty of sun or shade if needed. Chairs outback that face Chimney Rock and Capital Butte. Short walk to trailheads right behind the house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything the Sedona area offers. Easy to communicate with owners. Would stay again.

We stayed one night and the place is adorable. You are at the base of Thunder Mountain that you can see from the bedroom or kitchen window.The hot tub is small but perfect for two. After the hot tub, which is fairly private, we sat in the zero gravity chairs as we gazed at the stars. That is when I proposed. Highly recommend as the host was also great. They leave you be and yet they were great communicators on all things ahead of time. The only recommendation I could make is some decaffeinated options for tea or coffee. If you tell them Dana Roberts recommended them to you then that would be awesome. Word of mouth is everything.

Great Place to Stay in Sedona

This is a wonderful little hideaway with great views and is well taken care of….the private patio and hot tub make it perfect for a Sedona getaway. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to hiking etc. I will definitely book it again if I am in Sedona.

Little House under the Stars

We enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The guest house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view was lovely and the location by Thunder Mountain was convenient. We star-gazed from the outdoor area and hot tub. The only drawback was the close proximity to the main house which felt less private when we were outside.

Cozy Spa Getaway

The one-bedroom in West Sedona was like a cozy little spa getaway. The place was well-stocked, with cozy robes, and all the comforts of home plus a hot tub. The location was convenient, about 10-15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Theresa and Mike were gracious and responsive hosts. Would stay here again!

The perfect little guest home

This was the most perfect little guest home in Sedona! We stayed here for two nights, and I would absolutely return! The owners were very kind, and the location is great :)

West Sedona Gem!

Fantastic super clean property that was the perfect launching point for my trip to Sedona. It was close to everything, but also in a very quiet neighborhood so it provided a great respite after a long day of activity. Communication with the host was great, check in/out was easy. Hoping to be back again.

Hiking trip

Was a cute little place to stay with my husband. We hiked the several days we were in Sedona and the hot tub was perfect to sit in after all that. Great little neighborhood, directions easy to follow for check in.

This was a fine property for our week vacation. We have been to Sedona several times, and this was one our best places. Great for a couple who loves to hike because you are in an excellent location to get to many hikes. Close to very nice restaurants. Driveway parking and good stuff in the kitchen like a microwave, coffee machine, and spring water dispenser. We will return to this lovely little place!

It's a very nice, convenient, and safe area. We had everything we needed in the house. Me and my partner were able to walk close to thundermountain Trailhead in the morning. At night we watched the stars in the hot tub and it was wonderful. We had a great time exploring nature and downtown Sedona. It's a very unique city. Such a great trip to celebrate our two year anniversary. We would definitely come back again! And thanks to the hosts for the complimentary wine. Much appreciated
