Located on 3 acres surrounded by endless fields, you will have ultimate privacy in a country setting. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas yet only 1hr away from the pristine beaches of the Outer Banks.



The Space:

Surrounded by hunting and fishing possibilities, while an easy drive to shopping, dining, and beaches, there is something to do for everyone. Step outside and you may spot black bears and swans, or stay indoors and enjoy the comfortable furnishings or cook a meal in the brand new kitchen.



This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully furnished with free EV charging and equipped to host any family and friends getaway, hunting/fishing trip, or if you just want a place to relax and unwind.



The master bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as an additional twin bed. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a futon in the sunroom for more guests. The second full bath with a bath tub and washer and dryer is in the hallway just outside the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The great room has vaulted ceilings, a wood stove fireplace, and a 65” smart TV. Each of the 3 bedrooms also have smart TVs. The main dining table seats 6 and an additional pub table seats 4 to accommodate all types of gatherings. The house comes with central air and Wifi. Linens and towels are provided.



Please be aware, this home is in a country setting surrounded by fields and wetlands. There will be bugs and critters around. In hot summer days, the AC might not be able to keep up. Generally it can stay roughly 20 degrees below the outside temperature. It is not uncommon to get into the 90s here and the AC might not go below 75. We try our best to make this affordable private home as comfortable as possible.

is also be available. It is located on the same property about 50ft away. You can rent both if you have larger groups.

Enjoy evenings around the firepit and look up at the endless sky full of the brightest stars you will ever see. There is plenty of parking including room to park an RV or a boat on a trailer. Come spend a week or tack on a few days at the beginning or end of your Outer Banks vacation.
