It's located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Anna Maria Island in Bradenton Florida. It's also a quick jaunt from Robinson Preserve where you can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, standup paddle board, nature watching, and views from the tower. Another great feature it it's proximity to DeSoto National Monument where you can enjoy hiking, water & sunset views, historical center, and swimming.

Wonderful property. Minutes from all of the beaches on Anna Marie Island. We loved the privacy of such a large yard. The set up of the house is great for larger groups, there were 7 of us. The host is engauged with ensuring everything on the property is up to par. He is amazing, We recommend anyone considering a trip to the Bradenton Anna Marie Island area book this property. You will not be disappointed.

Relaxing

We booked this for a weekend after a whirlwind week at Disney. The house was exactly as listed! We loved just relaxing in the pool! Communication with host was super quick as well.

Perfect location

The home and location were perfect. We were within minutes of all of the beaches we wanted to visit, with the convince of a grocery store close by as well. Definitely plan on booking again in the future

Bradenton Pool House

House was just as listed. Plenty of space. Pool was big and perfect temperature. Very nice area of Bradenton. Short drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island

Perfect for our family for Thanksgiving

We had five adults and one child and this house was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Host even let us check in a little early. Would recommend and stay again! Pool was perfect!

Comfortable home

We were very pleased with this property and the location in regards to Anna Marie and especially close to De Soto national park. Beds were comfy and plenty of beds for guests. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and David was always available to answer any questions we had. Would love to come back!

Amazing stay in a beautiful home

We had the best time in this home. Communication with David was great and check in was so easy. We had plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. Has such a nice lanai area and was where we spent most of our trip and all of our meals. So many extras that made this home exceptional, an extra refrigerator on the lanai, a large pantry for all the groceries, beach towels, great water pressure in the master shower, lovely pool, large washer and dryer, high chair, plastic storage containers for leftovers and lots more. It is located very close to Holmes beach and so easy to pop over for the day or even just to watch the sun set. Plenty of stores in the area and not far from the Red Barn Flea market. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you David for being a wonderful host and sharing your home with us!

Florida sunshine/ ocean getaway from TN

We traveled from middle TN with 6 adults and 2 children ( 2 yrs old and 4 yrs old ). We absolutely loved the salt water in-ground pool!! The kids woke up every day wanting to get in the pool. We went to manatee beach, our first day arriving, and it was very crowded. So next time we went to coquina beach, and it was a whole lot better! The beaches were about 20-30 mins away but we spent more time in the pool than the beaches. Overall, it was a great vacation. We had issue with the washing machine, not working properly and leaking water into the floor but it never got fixed or replaced while we were there, and we stayed for a week.. then had shocking issue with oven.. I was in touch with the co- owner the whole time we were there and washing machine didn’t get fixed or replaced and I explained oven shocking me after being a little wet on my hands and feet, the last day we were there and never heard anything else. Other than those couple of issues, it was a great stay! Beautiful 70s model house with in-ground pool in the hot weather, was a nice vacation from home.

There were several issues that significantly impacted our family's stay. 1) Reached out to owner about nonfunctioning remotes. Promised batteries but never delivered. 2) Owner does not believe in curtains. The massive front bay windows leak water and anyone outside can see into the living area. 3) Urine odor smacks you in the face when entering the door. 4) Inside house was moderately clean but they have a bad spider and ant problem. Bug man was last documented at residence in 2022. 5) The grill was a HUGE let down. Not functional! The handle is broken, the lower air damper does not exist and the grill grates were so NASTY and beyond repair/cleaning. I spent two hours attempting to clean the grates but no success. 6) The property is no longer fenced in. The remaining fence is dilapidated allowing neighbors to view the property. The portion of fencing that was removed was in the front lawn. 7) The screened in pool cover is not screened in as some panels are missing screen. 8) Numerous light bulbs were burned out. 9) The dishwasher is old and does not clean the dishes. 10) The back yard had more beer bottle caps to step on versus grass. Last renters or cleaners did not pick these up. Good thing our kids found them. It is very clear that there is no upkeep and the owner does not take the effort to ensure the property is nice.

Born and raised in CHILLY Rochester NY I have always loved going to FL for vacation.... ever since I was a child the sun, ocean, beach and palm trees have always drawn me in! Now as a father one of my favorite things to do is take my wonderful family on vacation and enjoy time together.

This property, located in the beautiful area of Palma Sola in Bradenton, is the ideal vacation home for several reasons. First, it has a HUGE heated pool and private backyard with enough room to enjoy with several families. Second is its proximity to Anna Maria Island, which is only about 5 miles, and third, the area of Palma Sola has a TON of great parks to explore. Robinsons Preserve is a quick bike ride away while Warners Bayou and Ft. Desoto National Park are all within a few miles. There are also several boat ramps for travelers that have their own boat and want to get out on the water.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I absolutely love the backyard of this home. The screened in, heated, pool is perfect to enjoy hot Florida days and the backyard allows enough room for yard games like corn hole, bocce ball, or whatever else you like to enjoy!
