This cute and cozy Morro Bay Beach house is the perfect place to relax while visiting California's beautiful Central Coast. Located in the heart of Morro Bay, the home is near the beach, the bay, local restaurants and fish markets and boasts upclose views of the infamous Morro Rock from the back yard deck. This sunny home has an open layout with full kitchen and a living room that opens up to the backyard deck. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed set up with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. This fun little house is perfect for your next family vacation!

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we couldn't have been happier. Easy walk to shops, the rock, and the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. We loved the ample supplies in the kitchen, the comfortable layout, and the cottage's charm. We found the home to be clean, and the bed comfortable. We visit Morro Bay about once a year, and would definitely book again.

Perfect getaway

The beach house is a great little place. Within walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Very comfortable, we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The beach house was so cute. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were very comfortable. The cottage was decorated very classy but also beachy down home. Loved our stay

Lovely getaway

The house was lovely, quiet and comfortable. It was so easy to walk pretty much anywhere in Morro Bay from the house. The house had a nice back patio to sit and enjoy a great view of the rock.

Wonderful home for family visit

I stayed here with my elderly mother while we visited my son at Cal Poly, and we wanted to be out of SLO and near the beach. The location was perfect. The home, while modestly decorated, was nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comforatble, and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was cozy and clean and walking distance to most everything. Ian and Mitchell, the property managers were extremely helpful and responsive which made planning easier.

Great little beach house

This home was great for our family of four. Close to the bay, downtown, etc. It has a nice backyard if you want to enjoy the ocean air. Relaxing vacation home.

Charming cottage walking distance to beaches and shops

This charge is clean, well furnished, with original features, and a tidy back yard with deck. It was an easy walk down to the beach as well as shops and restaurants in town. Communication was easy. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect for a family of 4. Comfortable with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Fully stocked kitchen.Very accomodating and responsive Property manager.Perfect location within walking distance of Morro Rock, harbor, shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Happy Thanksgiving in Morro Bay!

We had a fantastic time, it was exactly suited to our needs when celebrating Thanksgiving nearby with grandparents. Two parents and two kids (16 & 20) with private off-street parking for our rental car. Gave us enough room to spread out unlike a hotel room with laundry and full kitchen for breakfasts. Owner was extremely prompt and resolved a minor check-in problem within 10 minutes. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect little cottage in the perfect location

This cottage was exactly what my friends and I were hoping for when looking at properties. I can't think of anything that could have been better. Property managers were quick and communicative and made check in easy. Property was small but didn't feel cramped and had comfortable beds, living room and kitchen. Backyard was great and felt like a front row view of the rock and three stacks. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly and everything we wanted to do was within short walking distance. This truly checked every box. We won't even look at other options next time we visit Morro Bay. This is the place.Thank you!!

Perfect little beach house

I stayed here with 2 friends over the weekend of the Ironman 70.3 Morrow Bay. We were all taking part in the race. It was the perfect location, very close to the big rock and all the little shops. We were able to walk everywhere. There were plenty of clean towels and the house had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. I would stay here again for sure!

A hidden gem

So peaceful and relaxing. All the ammenities of home-(for me anyways). Its charm and simplicity were perfect. Its location is ideal. Walking distance to everything. I love this little 2 bedroom bungalow. I’ll definately be back and Rockstar Properties ROCK 🤘

Close to town

We booked this for my wife and I plus our 1 year old. The main bedroom was decent for two. And the second bedroom had barely enough room for a pack and play for the toddler. House was a good crash pad for us from going into town and the beach for the two days. Was about max a mile walking distance for everything we did.

Property Managers are awesome!

We were scheduled to stay in this rental, but property managers noticed a problem with plumbing prior to our arrival. They contacted us immediately and although a plumber was on the way, they offered us an alternative property not far away so we didn't have to wait. They were extremely accommodating and helpful The alternative was very nice and in a lovely neighborhood. I would book with them again!

Great location, however unclean

We loved the location and the layout of the property but it was not clean (greasy kitchen knobs, stained furniture, dirty floors, smudged walls, dirty dishes in cabinets, food residue on furniture). The living room furniture was very uncomfortable also. We enjoyed the patio area and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time but because of the uncleanliness and uncomfortable furniture we will not be staying here again.

Relaxing weekend at the beach

The house was cute and quaint with the built ins that reminded me of my grandparents house growing up. The location was great! Super close to everything in Morro Bay but yet tucked just fr enough back on a quiet street that we all had amazing nights of sleep. It is wisely limited to the number of guests. It was ideal for our small group but may have been a bit tight for more people. The garage was stocked with additional beach toys and chairs to borrow for our day out if we wanted/needed them. Biggest down fall was the 10:00 check out. We would have loved to have stayed longer. Maybe to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck listen to the fog horn, sea gulls and other sounds of the beach.

Super Cute Place with a View of Morrow Rock!

Excellent location that is a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Quiet neigborhood (except for the neighbor's yappy dog, which you could only hear from the back deck). Nice backyard with a deck and table to eat at. Kitchen was hodge-podgy of random items, but I found everything I needed to cook breakfast every day. I was a little concerned after reading some reviews about cleanliness, but the kitchen, bathroom, floors, bedding and towels were clean. The living room furniture and queen bedspread do have some stains, but nothing major or gross. The best part of this home was the private backyard! So relaxing with a lemon tree, grass, open space and a view of the 3 stacks and Morro Rock. You could even hear the Sea Lions barking from the yard! Super easy to communicate with the property manager and he took care of what we needed right away. I will definitely stay here again!

The house was cozy and clean and had everything my family and I needed for a weekend getaway. I have to add that there’s no dishwasher so really it was just no frills but still a great place in a wonderful location. My young kids loved the bunk bed and backyard.

Cute and funky beach shack

My mother, grandmother and I staying in this VRBO - we have eclectic taste and this funky beach bungalow was great. There were a few oddities but otherwise we had a great stay! Pros - location, location, location! The views were amazing - lemon tree in the backyard was so cute -neighborhood was friendly and safe -private parking - provided fans for heat wave! - loved the on site laundry! Cons - cleaning protocols could have been much more thorough - there was not enough toilet paper and we ended up having to buy our own - Brita filter was in fridge but filter hadn’t been changed since 2021… - bunk bed were very creaky and felt a little unstable - several things in the house should be replaced (such as dishes, beach chairs etc) Great stay all together, thanks!

Loved this place! The lemon tree was a bonus but the house, location and our stay there was fantastic. ! I’d go back there anytime!!
