The photos online do not represent the quality of this home.There was a strong odor of urine, the upstairs master bedroom sheets were not clean, and the master shower broke on the second night.This was my first time ever using VRBO, I so wish I would’ve read the reviews of this home before securing it.I relied on the pictures which was a mistake.

We liked the location. Way too many stairs for us. It was not clear to us just how many stairs there was. It would have been nice to have some more comfortable seating on top floor. We had a couple of us that had seriou mobility issues

Master Bathroom: shower would'nt turn off completely and was dirty upon arrival.Master Bedroom: screen on door was loose and blood stains on pillow sham.Kitchen: pans were difficult to cook with as all food got stuck even with cooking spray.Fireplace is on vrbo as amenities but sign said not to use.Patio: bbq was disgusting upon arrival had old chicken stuck all over the grill. Chairs are rusted and dirty.

Mostly Good, But Cleanliness Needs Improvement

This is a great house, but the property manager needs to pay more attention to the property. There are spiders (inside and outside), stains on some sheets, and the upstairs patio was a mess when we arrived. The spiders and sheets had been flagged by other guests in the reviews, but I'd just assumed the manager would have already addressed, but was mistaken.There's also a second attached unit on the property, which was a surprise. It was unoccupied, but still felt a bit odd, as it wasn't described in the listing.If the cleaning issues were resolved, I'd happily stay here again.

Not great

Beds were uncomfortable, basic cooking seasoning were not there, BBQ was really dirty, and noises of some thing crawling in the walls could be heard in the downstairs bedroom every night we were there. The owners left two clothes washing pods and four dryer sheets. Disappointing…

Unexpected Asthma Attack

We had a problem when we entered the property. I could not use the handrails on the front entrance because it was so dusty and had cobwebs when we entered the property. We immediately opened windows because it was very stuffy inside after about 15 minutes I began to have symptoms of red watery eyes, lips begin to swell, and a headache. I went outside for a while and then came back in and made the determination that this property was not a place where I could stay after 45 minutes. I had a full-blown asthma attack I called Milton Perez and shared with him that I could not stay at the property. He offered to have a cleaning lady come in, however that would not have helped since I could not breathe inside. This home offered to come there himself. I told him I would not be able to stay , we have asked Milton to reimburse us for 75% of the stay since we had to check into Hampton Inn where I was able to breathe and sleep. Can you help us this review is not intended for publication.

There were some mechanical issues and while I acknowledge that the property manager provided a contact number at the outset, the issues would have required a major disruption and we had limited time. Not a location for groups looking for comfortable community space. While all of the items listed were there, this property manager’s definition of “host” differs greatly from mine. Hefty host and admin fees, given the “amenities.” This property is in need of a thorough cleaning, an upgrade to the community area furnishings, a coffee maker from this decade and the availability of extra towels and blankets for comfort. Honestly, if you are going to have a property that “sleeps” 6, it should also have a shared space where those 6 people can watch the same tv comfortably. Side note - bring your own soap, shampoo, etc.

This home had some great views and a lovely spacious setup. Only complaint was beds not being super comfy, but outside of that other aspects make up for it!

Great views, good value

This house is spacious and has good separation of the bedrooms. With a few updates and furnishings, it could be much better, though. The outdoor table is barely big enough for four, and the mismatched chair heights mean you really can't dine there. And there should be a sun umbrella. The living room area only has a small sofa, so even four people can't watch TV together, which is ridiculous in a house that's advertised to sleep six. Kitchen needs a refresh: old pantry items, mismatched dishes, not enough glassware and mugs. All of these issues you can read about in previous reviews, so clearly no one is paying attention. There were also a number of maintenance items that needed attention, like a leaky shower head and broken toilet paper holder. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but it's frustrating that the property owner doesn't put a little effort into improving this home.

We enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom shower needs to looked at. Doesn’t drain well and the faucet won’t turn office completely. I would make sure there are Kleenex and would add pictures of the steps to the upstairs. A larger couch would be nice or add a comfortable chair. However, it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful views

Would recommend more wine/drinking glasses and an updated wine opener. The view from the deck was amazing and we felt very comfortable.

NICE, BUT NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED

The house was really broken up, with our group of 4 guys on a golf trip we would have liked to be able to spend time together watching some sports on TV. There was no comfortable place for 4 of us to sit. The only couch was downstairs and sat only three, the kitchen was upstairs with no couch and a table with uncomfortable chairs for watching TV. We would have all liked to stay near the kitchen and refrigerator so we could have our drinks, food and entertainment all in one space. Beds were no the most comfortable same with the pillows....But had a great view of Morro Bay and the rock, had to drive for restaurants

Quiet, Clean, and A Deck with Amazing Views

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at this rental. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet that when we left the French Door open at night in the master bedroom, we went to sleep listening to crickets. The home is on a hill in North Morro Bay, and the top floor has amazing views of Morro Rock and the ocean. It has a wonderful deck with table and chairs to sit in the sea breeze and admire the view. On the downside, the home is 3 levels on a hill, with plenty of stairs. If you have toddlers or mobility issues, this is not the house for you. It's just up the hill from Taco Temple, a great Mexican restaurant. And the weather while we were there was perfect. 90s and 100s inland -- but between 75 and 78 in Morro Bay, blue skys, and a nice sea breeze. Wonnnnnnderful.
