Este 200 años de antigüedad casa unifamiliar ha sido cuidadosamente restaurado para ofrecer el confort moderno con el encanto histórico. Idealmente situado en el corazón del exclusivo West End de Ptown, esta casa es sólo una cuadra de la diversión y el encanto de la calle comercial. La planta principal incluye una gran sala recién amueblada con chimenea de gas y TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas. La cocina gourmet está equipada con utensilios de cocina de alta gama y electrodomésticos, que incluyen un horno doble, doble lavamanos y convección / microondas. Hay una hab / un baño en la planta principal, segunda planta incluye un gran dormitorio principal además de un tercer dormitorio junto con un baño de lujo con bañera de hidromasaje y 2 persona ducha de vapor. Terraza al aire libre con capacidad para 6 más 2 plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas. Internet de alta velocidad inalámbrico.

Very well equipped house and everything well marked. We had a water problem and a workman arrived almost immediately to fix it. Only one complaint, there were 2 dead mice under the kitchen sink along with a lot of mouse droppings. Convenient location, very walkable. I would recommend this place

We had a great stay at Chris’ home! Perfect location, very spacious and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen (so stocked that one could make a gourmet meal!), and extras like beach chairs for use during stay. It was a great place to hang out after the beach and before heading into town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Chris's house—our second year renting, and it was just as perfect as the first. The home was ideal for three friends and my dog. The location truly can't be beat—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the linens were high quality. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed five days at this very comfortable centrally, located home. Chris is clearly an experienced owner who has thought of all the little comforts that make a vacation rental so nice. Very comfortable beds, great linens, temperature control in all the rooms, beach equipment so you don’t have to bring your own, but don’t forget your beach towels! We would happily come back here again.

Luxury stay in Ptown for Lesbian Weekend

This lovely home is cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect with a very quick walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, and the water. The shower is sublime and has a steam room function. The beds are so comfortable. Would definitely love to stay here again for my next ptown trip.

Magical return visit

This was our second holiday stay in this home. We love it so much. The house is so cozy for winter, especially the fantastic gas fireplace. We prepared several elaborate holiday meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal. The host is wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home

Chris' home is a delight. Historical home updated to perfection. Comfortable open space for relaxing. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. Beds are super comfortable, showers are great. It is wonderful to come back to this house and quiet neighborhood after a day of waking in town. Hope to be back.

a charming place

My husband and I and our son and his wife with their two children stayed here to attend our daughter's wedding. What a great place! so walkable to everything! It was one of the cleanest places we ever rented! It has all the bells and whistles from the comfort level mattresses to the mini splits and the toilet/bidet! Chris was great to communicate with! We stayed 4 nights and wished we could've stayed longer! Try Liz's Cafe, right around the corner! great food and friendly people!

Cute and spacious gem!

Our host was very pleasant. We met him upon check in. This place has lots of amenities. We stayed here with our family. We each had our own bedroom and the living/dining area is open to each other so it's a nice space to gather together. It's a close walk into town. I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Historic property with all of today's comforts

Enjoyed our recent stay over Christmas Holiday 2023! Chris was the consumate host by offering a beautifully relaxing space in the uber-convenient West End area of PTown. We were 2 couples and one dog and found the accommodations quite comfortable. The sleep number beds in all the bedrooms offered a wonderful nights sleep after nearby strolls into town. Really enjoyed sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoying conversations in the cozy living area. Ample onsite/off street parking for our 2 SUVs was a bonus! Chris was quickly and thoroughly available for any questions we had - super responsive. Great property, great host, great vacation...we'll be back!! Thanks, Mr. Flint!!

Dog Friendly Cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage for two couples with pets.The kitchen is well appointed with a large kitchen table in the center. The overhead lighting was a little low for doing a jigsaw puzzle but otherwise adequate. The bedding and living room furniture were super comfortable for all of us. This is a great location in the West end of town- would stay there again!

Charming Ptown Getaway

Charming cottage with amazing chef's kitchen. Open floorplan was comfortable for two couples with bedroom and bath upstairs and down. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect Westend location with easy walk to beaches, Commercial Street, and the breakwater/moors. Would absolutely rent here again.
