This beautiful private residence is tucked away in the serene South Highlands of Inverness. The home boasts a spacious screened lanai enclosing a kidney-shaped pool, complete with lounge chairs, a grill, pool toys, floats, and much more.

Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a washer and dryer, and all the sunbathing and relaxation you deserve. We strive to anticipate your needs, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, complemented by a well-stocked coffee station for your morning brew.

Each room is outfitted with televisions and streaming capabilities. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a large TV, and a compact office desk—ideal for those blending work with leisure. The second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed and offers plenty of space for additional guests, with air mattresses provided.

Auntie spoils nieces n nephews!

Always enjoy our stay here! My niece (5) learned to swim in this pool. The cousins swam all day, everyday! Im so grateful to be able to give this time together since we are split . NY & FL. The games always come in handy too! Thank you!

Spring Break with Family

We have stayed at the rental property a few times now and have not been disappointed. We are in close proximity to family that lives in Inverness and this trip more family members stayed with us, and we all had an amazing time. Our grandchildren loved the solar heated pool and the pool toys that were provided although we missed having the solar cover to help hold the heat in during some cool nights. The lanai is relaxing, and the inside of the house is comfortable and cozy. We also appreciate being able to park our vehicle in the garage. The only thing we hope is that some funds will be used to power wash the "bird cage" frame and fix some small tears in the "bird cage" screens. But that won't stop us from returning for another visit.

Our stay was great. The house was perfect to meet our needs. All the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and closely located to everything. The property manager was super responsive and kind. A very nice place to stay. Thanks so much.

Very good location and comfortable

We enjoyed our time at the house and appreciated having some supplies provided. (Spices, chip clips!)They accommodated every need we could have had. Everything worked as described. Got to talk to managing family who was very pleasant. Owners quickly responded to any questions.Thank you for a pleasant place to stay!

Excellent place to stay

The house was clean, it provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the standard pots and pans I needed to cook. The neighborhood was quiet, and the size of the lot and the privacy fence gave the backyard and pool some privacy. The property manager was right across the street if I needed anything.

Clean and comfy

If you like air conditioning below 73 degrees; this is not the place to be. There is a lock on the system, and we are not used to excessive heat and humidity. The beds were some of the most comfortable for a rental home we have ever had. It was clean and quiet, and owners are quick to help with concerns. Would love to stay again if it were cooler.

Our favorite cozy, home away from home

If you are looking for a peaceful stay at a cozy, clean full home, this is our favorite. It has a wonderful yard for our little old dog, and the pool was just perfect. We visit family who live nearby, so we will be back. The owners make you feel very welcome and relaxed!

LOVED IT!

My husband, myself & our 2 dogs stayed at this great property for 4 nites early Jan, to attend a dog show in Brooksville (an easy commute < than 30mins). House had everything we needed. Perfect large fenced in side yard (one small spot under fence had been dug up a bit with possibility of dogs getting under & in to neighbors yard, we kept our dogs distracted, there was plenty of other spaces to snoop & run around!), we wouldn't leave our dogs alone in any yard but our own. A notebook with house rules & info as well as places to shop, restaurants, beaches etc. was great to reference. The walkable town of Inverness adorable with shops, restaurants & even a movie theater. You will need a car to see everything outside of the VRBO's neighborhood, which felt safe & was very navigable by car. Most of our down time (the dog shows took up the mornings), was spent at the house. There is a nice screened in lanai with a pool (yes it was open, but our weather not warm enough to get in), there's a nice eating table & chairs as well as 2 loungers to chillax. Kitchen perfect, we cooked dinners at home every night & had lunch out a couple of days. We used the washer dryer which worked just fine, dryer seemed to take a bit longer than expected but it worked out ok. We only used the 1 bedroom off the kitchen. There was plenty of room to fit the dog crates, the mattress was super comfortable, en-suite bathroom convenient We felt like we were home, will definitely be back next yr! Thank you!!

House hunting

Was an excellent place to stay while in Inverness, was extremely clean and accommodating. My second time staying there and would stay there again in in the future if I needed and was available. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Inverness area.

This is our only VRBO property and for us it is our home away from home. When we aren't here enjoying it, we would love others to experience Citrus County like we do. Because our furry girl is a special part of our family, we welcome guests to bring along their furry family member. Between being able to bring your pet and the ability to take a swim in the beautiful Florida sunshine without heading to the beach is a HUGE win. We love our property and know you will too!

Safe neighborhood and close to everything you need. PLUS, Inverness is close enough to visit Orlando or Tampa and far enough away from the crowds!

What makes our property unique is the small attentions to detail we have added - like a coffee bar, fenced yard for pets and children, pool toys, extra towels, pantry items...I could go on but we'll stop there :)
