Hi Allie, We are sorry about the inconvenience mentioned in your post. I just wanted to clear just a few things. The table in the middle of the living room has a “do not place items on middle of table” is there to advise not to place cups on the table but rather use the coasters provided so to avoid rings. The other sign placed on the table under the t.v is to avoid the same and perhaps damage to the decor. The pool is set to heat at a constant 86 degrees. However the issue that it was still cold I would of paid a quick visit to see if there was an issue with the condenser or to raise the temperature. Unfortunately I was not notified about it. The code for the door should have been given to you shortly after your arrival and that was my fault and I apologize you had to massage us for it. Overall thanks for staying at the property.
