Resort like property with an amazing private pool and a hot Jacuzzi, beautiful pond with bridge and fish, garden playhouse and plenty of outdoor sitting areas. Inside is a huge property that can easily fit large groups, 2 office spaces and a massive game room with pool and poker tables. Plenty of activities in the house, yard and in its very amazing location. 4 TVs in the home: a 75” TV in the game room, living room, master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms downstairs.

Nice modern interiors

The house is spacious and beautiful. Interiors are modern and convenient. The only suggestion I have: it could be better if tissue paper is supplied, or easily accessible.

Visiting Grandkids

I spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool area with my 2-1/2 yr old grandson. It was great having a bathroom right there so I didn't have to take him into the house. The covered patio also allowed my wife to stay out of the sun and yet be there to watch us in the pool.

As advertised

Used properly as company headquarters during the 2024 MLB All Star Game. The proximity to the stadium, FedEx & Hilton Arlington ( where most staffers stayed) was ideal. Plenty of space for breakout sessions. Beds were comfortable. Amenities served their purpose. Would’ve been even better if we had access to at least 1 of the garages, especially when disposing of trash , loading and unloading

SO MUCH SPACE & QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD

THE FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED EVERY AMENITY. THERE WAS NEVER A DULL MOMENT. NO ONE WAS EVER BORED. AND THE BEST PART, NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES WERE USED BY ANY. JUST LOTS OF LAUGHTER FROM AGES 23-66. THE POOL, THE HOT TUB, THE GAME ROOM, PUZZLES, FAMILY AROUND THE KITCHEN ISLAND LAUGHING IT UP, TAKING SELFIES ON THE BRIDGE, OVER THE POND OF FISH. JUST ALL SMILES. THE HOST WAS SO UNDERSTANDING & PATIENT WITH ME. I CALLED UPON HER SEVERAL TIMES, FOR MY OWN NEEDINESS. THE FAMILY WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE FOR AN AWESOME STAY AT AN EXCEPTIONAL PROPERTY WITH AN AMAZING HOST. HERE'S TO YOU KAY. SEE YOU NEXT TIME. PEACE BE UNTO YOU...MADAMM

Grand Pairie Texas

We rented this home for three nights. It is an older home with some modern updates. There are many rooms all except the master (with a lumpy bed) are small. We could not watch a movie as a group (6adults/5children). The game room was below average for the modern age kids. The kitchen should have more plates, etc and steak knives. The pool was very nice, the bbq pit good. A nice patio area but the rug was a fall hazard. The whole backyard area and windows needs a thorough cleaning. The outdoor swing set was covered with ivy vines and rickety. Swings could not be used and no monkey bars as advertised. It was adequate for three nights but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer. Located in an older neighborhood with nearest grocery 10 minutes away and no nearby eateries. However It is located near Globe Life stadium and Six Flags. Downtown Dallas about 25-30 minute drive. I thought it was priced high for what it is as opposed to other air b&b’s we have rented in the past.

Had an event at the property, The host charged a incidental, there wasn’t any damage, but didn’t refund me because she said my guest didn’t take public transportation? She told the company that taking public transport is one of her rules. SINCE WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO, IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN CAR!!! Lol, She stated the neighbors complained, but we personally talked to ALL them. All was fine with the event, and said there were other homes that used homes on their street for VACATION RENTALS. Even one of the neighbors came to hangout. Lol, The only guests that did not use public transport that wasn’t one of the 6 guest were the DJ and 3 venders. Please keep in mind the home houses/sleeps up to 12 individuals lol. So parking should match, but the garage is kept closed and can’t be utilized, so parking is scares. So do not trust her on giving any refunds. There will be rules that does not exist until you want your deposit back. Lol Check in was fairly easy. Home was clean, smelled nice, but there were a lot of various insects that we didn’t find out about until our last night of stay. Considering guest arrive at different times. One of the guest rooms had bed bugs, and also the downstairs bathroom was infested with fruit flies. The lawn care man came and cut the grass during our stay and the pool guys came to clean the pool. So I feel the home wasn’t even ready for anyone. This is a beautiful home nice decor, and complementary items, if you can get passed the bed bugs, and fruit flies it has everything you need. It even forces you to TIP them! Lol enjoy your stay at this property.

This is one of our new favorites. Kay was great everything we needed was there and the location can’t be beat. Everything was very comfortable and we had a nice family holiday!
