This is a thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home in a quiet Clearwater neighborhood, and it was basically made for the person who needs somewhere exceptional to land for a few months. Whether your own home is getting gutted and rebuilt, you're scoping out the area before you commit to buying, or you've just decided Florida is calling your name, this place will make the transition genuinely enjoyable.
The whole house is single-story, open, and easy to move around in. The split-bedroom layout gives the primary suite real privacy while the two guest rooms are roomy and comfortable. There are two dedicated work-from-home desks with fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a covered patio out back with an outdoor TV for those evenings when you just want to decompress. Garage and driveway parking. Fenced backyard. Your dog is welcome.
It sleeps 6 across a king bed, two queens, and a queen memory foam pull-out. Primary Bedroom King bed with a quality mattress. The split layout tucks this room away from the rest of the house, which means real rest and real privacy. Dedicated workspace in here too.
Bedroom 2 Queen bed. Spacious, comfortable, and a great setup for a second adult, a visiting family member, or a long-term roommate situation.
Bedroom 3 Queen bed. We've heard it called "cute" in reviews and we think that's fair. It's a great room.

You're sitting in a quiet, clean residential neighborhood with easy access to everything you actually need day-to-day: groceries, dining, shopping, and services. And when you want a beach day, Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach are both just 5 miles away. This is not a tourist-trap location. It's a neighborhood where people live, which is exactly the vibe if you're here for 90 days, not 9.
HOUSE RULES
Long stays are the whole point. We typically start with a minimum 2-month stay to make sure it's a good fit on both sides. Extensions are absolutely on the table and encouraged when it's working well.
No smoking. Anywhere on the property, inside, on the patio, in the yard.
No parties or events. This is a peaceful neighborhood and we plan to keep it that way.
Dogs are welcome with advance approval. Keep them off the furniture and clean up in the yard. That's it. Easy.
Only registered guests overnight. Visitors during the day are fine, just let us know if anyone's staying over.
Treat it like your home. Because for the time you're here, it is. If something breaks or stops working, just tell us and we'll handle it fast.
Trash and recycling pickup info is provided at check-in.
Check-in is after 4pm, checkout by 11am unless we've arranged something different in advance.

Your host is Shannon, a speaking coach, actress (you may have seen her on Grey's Anatomy or The People v. O.J. Simpson), entrepreneur, and yes, a poker champion. She's responsive (100% response rate, replies within an hour), direct, and genuinely invested in making your stay work well. This isn't a passive investment property managed by an algorithm. Shannon pays attention and takes care of things.

Lovely February getaway
Shannon's property was perfect for our February Florida getaway. The house had plenty of room for all of us to work from home comfortably while in Florida. Shannon was an excellent host and was always willing and able to help when we had questions! I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return. Our host Shannon was great, and she was so helpful. It's located centrally to everything in Tampa, 15 minutes to beaches, 30 minutes to downtown Tampa, and 20 minutes to Saint Pete. Shopping and restaurants are close by with a Publix around the corner for quick trips. Whether you are visiting for a short stay or a longer extended vacation like we did, I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for taking walks and biking. Eagle Park is also a beautiful place to walk and very close by.
