Affordable place to stay in the area but nothing fancy. The shared areas and the room were not as clean as I expected, and the room itself could use some TLC (dirty walls, patches on walls that need paint, odd door latch, random hanging pot with no plant right outside the bathroom that we kept bonking our heads on lol)

Had a great stay in Isla’s suite! Vince was super accommodating, helpful, and even recommended local spots for us to check out. Would totally rebook next time I visit the Ballard area. The suite itself was perfect for me and my partner, it had all the things we needed and made our trip to Seattle go smoothly. As far as location, Ballard is a super accessible and nice area! We ended up using public transportation throughout the entire trip and the nearest bus stop left us about a block away from the suites. Overall, we were about a 30ish minute bus ride from the downtown area & 1hr 30min from SeaTac airport.

My stay was all I had hoped for - and even more. The suite is located in a residential area with a great walkability score. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within a close range to the property. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The host was responsive and great to correspond with. I would definitely choose to stay here again if my travels bring me back to the area.

Good room for the price paid! Be aware of the common spaces. It also gets quite warm being on the top floor with no A/C unit, I recommend putting the fan in front of the window for good air flow. Host is easy to reach for check-in and any issues.

I stay at this property every time I am in Ballard. It's usually ideal for me.I hope this trip was just a "one off". My room was on the 3rd floor. The window blinds would not close properly. Being on the 3rd floor,I wasn't concerned about privacy, but I do wish I could have blocked out lights for sleeping.The communal kitchen didn't have coffee (a must for me) and unfortunately other guests prepared a very odorous meal and didn't clean up well after it.I slept with the exhaust fan on in my room because of the smell.The noise level was greater than usual. I understand late arrivals and early departures. And again, it usually isn't ever a significant issue. This stay it was.Again, I typically love this property. It checks all the boxes for me when I am in town. Fingers crossed this was just a series of unfortunate timing/events.

Clean and convenient!

Once I had the check-in instructions it easy super clear and easy! The place was as pictured and very clean. And honestly a great deal for the price! Will stay here again when in Seattle.

This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area.

this is a very nice little unit very thoughtfully designed. extremely comfortable. extremely clean (would hope next time for less bleach smell on entry…). host very communicative. will stay again!

Cute spot, walkable

This was a cozy spot near all our favorite Ballard haunts. Everything you could need was in the space and Vince was very communicative. Note - when you book, it will send you a third party invite to check in. Be aware there will be other procedures outside the VRBO website. Otherwise, I recommend this spot!

Clean & chill microstudio

Very clean, some basic bathroom and kitchen amenities provided. Has a little stovestop, mini-fridge, and microwave.Bed is memory foam, very comfy. Thermostat was a little unpredictable and you can hear the neighbors fairly easily through the walls. Host was very quick to respind to inquiries and the stay was very pleasant overall!!
