Newly Renovated! You've found the perfect place to get away from it all. Moss Oak Lane #274 is one of the cleanest units around. This is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse overlooking the 18th Fairway at Sea Palms Golf Club.
Downstairs in this townhouse, you'll find two bedrooms, both with en-suite baths - each with a tub/shower combination. The king size master bedroom has a private patio overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The second bedroom has two queen beds, perfect for six to sleep comfortably.

Upstairs you'll love the spacious living room with a separate dining room area and an open updated kitchen. There are spectacular views from the second floor! With family in mind, this townhouse offers lots of seating for a great movie, a fully stocked kitchen for simple to gourmet meals. The 2nd floor deck allows hours of outside time and no worries of mosquitos and no-see-ums because it is completely screened in. Unit 274 is located in a convenient mid-island location that puts you approximately 4.5 miles to the beach or pier-village-lighthouse area, and mere steps to one of the Island's favorite golf courses. You'll find it's an easy drive to the north end of the island as well.

Hungry and not in the mood to cook? You are minutes away from some of St Simons favorite restaurants - Halyards, Trimici, Brogen's North and so many others.If you book Moss Oak Lane #274 once, you'll book it often.

The apartment was clean and kitchen stocked with necessary utensils, dishes and cookware, as well as paper towels, though it would have been nice to have coffee on hand to brew for first day before we had a chance to get to the store. The beds were very comfortable. The enclosed porch upstairs was lovely, though the porch furniture and living room furniture were not comfortable or cozy. They seemed more for show.

We loved sitting out on the upper deck overlooking the lake and 18th green of the golf course. The location of the townhouse was convenient to shopping, activities and restaurants. The staff at Real Escapes Properties responded quickly to an issue that arose. The owners of the unit were super nice and went out of their way to help with the above mentioned issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
