Welcome to the Cozy Retreat, your home away from home in Melbourne, FL! Our amazing 5 bedroom, 7 bed, 2 bathroom space is suitable for up to 14 guests! This cozy, modern, spacious home has everything that you need for an unforgettable stay! Enjoy a movie or your favorite series in the large living room with the 55” SMART TV and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime & Disney+ plus local channels. Take advantage of the free high speed internet and catch-up on work, or play pool and other games in the game room, while your favorite meal is being prepared in our fully equipped kitchen! Soak up the Florida sunshine on the patio and have a barbecue by the hot tub. The kids, both big & small, will love the full size Ms Pac-Man Arcade! Or catch up on your rest and rejuvenate in our comfortable rooms!

The house is ideally located less than 1 mile from the airport, less than 2 miles from downtown Melbourne and just under 4 miles from the beach! With free parking and loads of modern amenities, whether you are in town for a family vacation, or for a corporate team meeting, this cozy house is close to everywhere that you need to be! Extended stay guests are also welcome!

The home features a total of 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is the en suite to the master bedroom, with dual shower heads, glass shower, tiling, and luxury styling. The second bathroom is in the hall, to be shared among all guests and features a shower & tub. Complimentary hand towels, bath towels, and toilet paper are available in all bathrooms.

Taxi, RideShare (Uber|Lyft) and Car Rentals are all available in the surrounding area. The nearest airport is the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB). The space is located approximately 70miles from Orlando and its affiliated airport. The home can easily be reached by car, and the downtown area and surrounding parks & beaches can be explored by bike or on foot.

Free parking is available on the driveway only, up to 6 vehicles. The home can accommodate up to 14 guests. No unauthorized guests and no parties are allowed.

No pets are allowed. No smoking and no drugs (including marijuana). Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee, immediate termination of booking, and reporting to AirBNB. Security cameras are on the outside of the house in the front and the back.

We are in a residential neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am.

Please do not leave the windows & doors open with the A/C on. Please turn the A/C to 78 degrees when departing the home. Please do not go below 72 degrees on the thermostat.

Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).
1. No Drugs (Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee and loss of booking and yes, this includes marijuana).
2. Outside Quiet Hours from 10 pm - 7 am. (Please respect the neighbors)
3. Parking: Park in the driveway. There is plenty of room.
4. No additional guests other than those accounted for in the original booking even if they are not spending the night (unless agreed upon ahead of time).
5. Do not go below 72 degrees on thermostat.
6. Do not leave doors/windows open with the A/C on.
7. No eating/drinking (other than water) in the bedrooms.
8. No smoking/pets.
