Cozy family friendly house- in the heart of the poconos

We’re 2.5 hours from Philly + NYC.
Access to the whole cottage with wifi. In the first floor find a spacious living room that doubles as an entertainment center, with a flat screen TV with a firestick where you can log into your own streaming services, a portable speaker, a fireplace, and multiple books and board games. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to a blender, popcorn machine, toaster, microwave, a Nespresso machine/coffee maker, and a 6 person dining table. The bear bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with jetted bathtub and steam shower. In the second floor there’s a spacious bedroom with queen sized bed, and a loft with a queen sized pull out couch and a full bathroom.
Two spacious outdoor areas; a porch with four person table with umbrella and additional seating area. A backyard with a wood deck, with ample confortable seating, a propane BBQ grill(propane tank provided), a propane fire pit and the natural wood fire pit (wood provided).
The rental is for the house only.
Please note that rental is not subject to the availability of amenities at The Hideout. Rentals cannot be canceled due to any amenities being closed by The Hideout Management. Any questions please contact us before booking.

Community is gated and you must provide a guest list of all visitors with ages, one week in advance of your start date.

The cottage has a lock box which is how you get your key to get inside. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive your entry code. If you have any question please reach out to us. This cottage is self catered- please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals, as well as linens and towels.
Additional fees may include but are not limited to:
Lost keys $100
Smoking indoors $500
Clogged toilets $75
No littering (glitter, confetti or sparkles) This causes extremely
hard clean up $100
Late checkout $150
Community fee $250 (3 night stay + cleaning fee)
Missing badges $50 each
Fireworks $500 fine by the community
RENTAL FORM REQUIRED: This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours (Sundays and Mondays do not count towards this 72 hr timeframe since the Community Resort Admin office is closed) of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed which is 8, and there are no more than 3 cars allowed in the driveway- No exceptions otherwise it is a $1000 community fine you are responsible for. No other guests can visit the lot while you are here.

There is a $100 late fee by the community. If you book within 72 hours of arrival you will be subject to the $100 late fee.

THE HIDEOUT RESORT COMMUNITY:
24-hour security, gated entrance, clubhouse, lodge, 250 acres of pristine woodlands, 9-hole golf course w/ 2 restaurants, 2 heated outdoor pools (Memorial- Labor Day), tiki bar, arcade, pub, basketball courts, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, 2 sand beaches w/ lifeguards, 6 lakes, boat rentals, physical fitness center, Arts & Crafts Center, mini golf, private ski hill with snow tubing. Ski Hill Lodge with Grill. Ski Rentals and lessons are available. (Note: some amenities will require reservation additional fees). Weekly flyers are available for review about upcoming events and activities in the community (example: Walking club, Bingo at the beach, singers/bands & dart games).

*Quiet hours 10pm-10am, NO PARTIES. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our house's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
*25 MPH everywhere unless otherwise posted
*No smoking indoors

*NO FIREWORKS Allowed
*Max 8 guests (if more than 6 quests, air mattresses can be provided)
*Max 3 cars in the driveway. No trailers or RV’s.
*Access to community pools, beaches, tennis courts, gym within 10/15 mins walking distance
*Seasonal activities available at extra cost, kayaks, ski lift, mini golf, etc.
*Name and Address of every guest will be asked for by the community
