Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful and conveniently located condo. This place is perfect for a sports/nature lover or families looking to relax in general. Located near Kiva Dunes Golf Course (one of the best in Alabama), Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge (nature trails, hiking, fishing, bird watching, and more!), Sassy Bass Restaurant, and walk to the beach right out of the back patio door. Just take the sidewalk straight there (about 3 min walk)! Top Tier Watersports is conveniently located at the end of the dock walkway and offers parasailing and jet skiing. Ferry to Mobile just minutes down the road!

Amenities include beach FRONT and access, 6 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, and 1 kiddy pool, indoor and outdoor hot-tubs, sauna, picnic area with tables and benches, bbq grills, and more! There's bound to be something for everyone to enjoy! . Bring your sports equipment and enjoy a putting green, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffle board, and horseshoes. Located about 15 minutes away from the heart of Orange Beach, it's close enough to be near other entertainment, and private enough for those not wanting to be in crowded places.

Relaxing Graduation Getaway

The property is perfectly located with all you need to entertain the entire family in one spot. The condo is nicely furnished and makes for a welcoming spot to hang out and relax. There is a great little shady patio area off the living room for people watching or just enjoying the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. The beach is a very short walk from the patio, just past the tennis court, the two pools, the putting green, and several bbq grills. There is also a top notch seafood restaurant on site. We will definitely be back for our next beach vacation.

Perfect for Family’s

This is our second time staying in this condo and once again it didn’t disappoint. The ground floor location is perfect for the kids and made getting to the beach and the pool a breeze. Susan was very communicative with us and promptly responded. The only negative of the trip was completely out of her control in that we had to spend two days at the pool because of the wind/surf made sitting on the beach not ideal (and I don’t think the kids saw it as a negative at all!) and that is the first time in the over a decade our family have experienced two double red flag days.

A Must Stay . . .

I can’t say enough about this unit and our week there. The location of this condo is exceptional. Walk right out the back door to the pool or beach, only a few yards away. Condo was also large enough for a family of 6, and beds were quite comfortable as well! Susan was also just as exceptional as the condo she owns, meeting our every need and always available. If you are debating on a condo to rent at Gulf Shores Plantation, look no further than this one, a must stay!

We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach and being on the ground level. Nice and quiet, not all the hustle and bustle like other places. Everything was nice , the cleaning crew needs to do better a cleaning is the only complaint.

Nice place for family with small kids

Nice place and location. The condo was just at the swimming pool and 2 min walk from the beach. All was good and as described. Owner kind and responsive.

Great location

Great location close to the beach. Ground floor aloud kids to play outside without worrying about an elevator. Plenty of beach toys provided by the host. Place was clean and host was easy to contact. Family will stay here again.

I almost didn’t want to write this…

I almost didn’t want to write this because I always want this unit available for us! We would come back to this unit again and we’ve been coming here for years. The ground location is perfect, particularly for kids. It was super easy to get to and from the beach and leave the sand at the door (as best we could!). The decorations were enough to feel welcoming but not over done and easy to move out of reach for the toddler. The in unit laundry was a life savor! My only “complaints” were that the bed in the back bedroom was softer than I would have liked and the front bedroom was constantly bright from the street lights. It didn’t effect the kids sleeping but if you have a light sleeper it might be an issue.

Roomy Ground Level Unit

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was cleaned well but the floors could have used another scrub and there was a dirty cloth left in the sink. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom with the twin beds were great for my boys however it could benefit from some different curtains because light came thru the bottom from outside while they slept and the garbage truck woke then up at 5am. The kitchen and living room spaces were very spacious. We were able to cook meals without having to buy additional cooking tools and the pantry was great to store all our snacks. I liked having a nice size table we could eat at as a family. The bathrooms were both great sizes. The laundry area was great and the washer and dryer were not very loud. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the indoor pool, and the boys jumped in the outdoor pool but it was a little chilly. The outdoor space was very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this unit again.

Family Vacation was Great

This condo was in a great location. I love that it was ground floor because it makes things incredibly easy if you have children. Our girls loved being able to throw on their swimsuits and go, not having to wait for an elevator. We did think there was a shortage of dishes when we got there, but we later realized housekeeping just forgot to put up the dishes before we came (not the owner’s fault). There is a little bar type restaurant on this property, Sassy Bass. It’s got some good food, and it’s great if you just want to eat dinner without having to cook or get ready to go somewhere. Susan was super helpful with any questions I had, and we will most definitely be back.

GREAT place to take your young family! We had a peaceful vacation and our kids were able to enjoy the beach without crowds of people. We will be back!
