Welcome to our Beach Dream View, The Sunrise and Sunset are breath taking

We (Jeff and Lisa ) welcome you to our vacation home and share all that it has to offer. Located in Sanibel Condo on the 14th floor with 30 ft of windows floor to ceiling to see for miles of ocean and white sand beach, the crashing of the waves can be heard from the oversized balcony, ( seating for 7 and still room to move around)where many naps can be taken. Our condo will accommodate six people , having a queen bed in one room and the other with 2 full beds ( the sofa makes out into a queen bed sheets are in the ottoman)Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with in the rooms with double sinks and a tub shower combo. Toilets have their own space with a door for privacy. The bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted tvs and ceiling fans ( all towels and linens are provided). The living room has a big smart tv and can seat up 8 people ( games are in cabinet under tv) it is a nice place watch tv or watch the ocean. Having meals in this condo are great with a dining table can seat up to 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar area. this is great for having people over to play games , watch tv or just look an the view. The third half bathroom come in handy for day time use. Our condo kitchen is well stocked with all you might need dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, larger refrigerator (with ice maker)single pot, French press , coffee grinder and a Keurig ( for coffee lovers) , dishes, cups ,eating utensils ,electric kettle,cheese board, and a electric wine opener . When the beach is calling your name you are just a short walk from the beach ( 5 beach chairs ,4 towels, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, 2 wagons, 2 coolers and a few other beach/ pool item are available for your use). After a day at the beach or fishing at the pier ( the fishing pier and walking trail is at the back of the building) a stackable wash and dryer is their for your convenience. Don’t forget to pay for your parking. It is 35.00 (in cash on the 2nd floor)per car for your stay.
