This downtown rental includes three bedrooms (2 King, 2 XL Twins), a memory-foam queen pull-out sofa and two bathrooms across two floors and 2400 spacious square feet. This is the place to stay when you are visiting the Cody, Wyoming area! The home is in walking distance to just about everything and the amenities are beyond what we had expected. You will not regret staying here and we plan to come back as soon as our schedule allows!

Relaxing Home and Entertaining Downtown

The home was just as described. We enjoyed some downtime after several days of traveling. The house had everything we needed and especially appreciated walking distance to the downtown town area.

This house was nothing short of amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable, house is amazingly designed, and had a ton of activities for my kids. If we ever make our way back out to Cody this is the first place we will be calling! Owners were also very helpful and communicative. Would recommend 10/10!!!

This is a lovely house

This house is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The backyard area is wonderful for relaxing with a glass of wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved this home!

This was a very comfortable, clean and cute home. Great attention to details and decor. We would absolutely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was always efficient and timely.

Home away from Home

We loved this location. Although just one block off from the hussle and bussle of downtown Cody, it was very quiet and private. The house was very clean and well stocked!

Damn great place!

The photos don’t do this place justice. Massively spacious, clean, great layout and just off the main drag. Would definitely book again. Also there is a propane grill and fire pit that isn’t really featured as much on the listing for those wanting to know.

Great experience

This property is tastefully decorated and immaculate. The location is outstanding within walking distance of many restaurants and easy driving distance of many more. Communication with our hosts was easy and immediate. I can’t say enough good things about our experience in Cody.

Wonderful vacation home

Highly recommend this home for a stay in Cody. Our family did our annual Yellowstone trip and this house met all our needs. It was absolutely beautiful on the inside and out. The kitchen had everything to cook our meals, the beds were so comfortable and showers had great water pressure. It was nice to have two living areas too. Plenty of space to relax in the evenings. Tim was great to work with and helped with all our needs. Definitely will be staying here every year we visit Cody !!!!

Beautiful home! Great location!

This is a great little home. Updated and very well cared for. Great back yard! Walking distance to the main downtown area. Managers were great! Communication was prompt. Would highly recommend this cute little gem!

Could not have asked for more!

We stayed four nights at this property. The location is fantastic, since it is within short walking distance of downtown Cody, so dinners out were really easy. The property itself was beautiful, immaculate, and it had every amenity we could have wanted and more. At the end of a day of travel, we genuinely felt as though we were going home. For a larger group, the separate downstairs living area and kitchen would help people feel as though they had their own private space. Tim and Gina were the consummate hosts, quickly responding to our only request after checking in…replacing the battery from a beeping smoke alarm. If we plan to go to Cody again (and we think we will…wonderful trip and scenery), we will absolutely want to book this house again.

Conveniently located & excellent floorplan

Loved the convenience of the location. Parking and entry to the home was super convenient. The owner is easy to contact and was helpful with suggestions in the town and to help with any questions. The home is clean and has a nice and private backyard. The house is well equipped with fully functional kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We traveled with our 3 kids and enjoyed the spacious dining table. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to the area.

Awesome getaway!

This house was perfect for our family! We were within walking distance to downtown Cody and there was so much to do. Tim and Gina were fabulous to work with. We had an issue with the air conditioning and Tim came right out and fixed it! I would come back to this house again. It was decorated so nicely. We enjoyed all the space inside the house and took advantage of the outdoor space as well. I am so blessed to have found this house and to work with Tim and Gina.

Great Location!

The house was even better in person than in the photos. The location of the house is ideal for walking downtown to any of the shops or restaurants that Cody has to offer. It was clean and well-kept, and we wanted for nothing. My husband and I were the only ones that stayed overnight in the house, but we both have family that live in the area, so we had several of our nieces and nephews come to visit and there was plenty of room for us all to hang out comfortably. Great place! We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and family, and we hope the house is available the next time we are in Cody! Thanks Tim & Gina - your house was perfect!

From the moment we walked in, this rental felt like home. We are a multi-generational family and there was enough room for all of us. We really appreciated the separate space downstairs. The true chef’s kitchen was very well appointed, which made cooking a breeze. It was especially nice to have the Pack’n Play and high chair provided. Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable with nice sheets and we had plenty of towels. The location can’t be beat-located just off Sheridan and within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The hosts were so accommodating and easy to contact. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer.

Must book location!

Hi where can I begin regarding our stay.... To start with location, the house is located one block from shopping and restaurant's downtown cody. This was fabulous for us as it gave us a chance to stretch our legs for a short and convenient walk to shopping and amazing restaurants! Dont forget to check out the summer daily rodeo in town , also a nice surprise. There is a walmart in town as well for supply stocking. We were a short 1 hour drive from yellowstone so it was perfect for our travel destination. Review of the house, kitchen amazing, bedrooms beautiful, bathrooms so nice. Was so nice to have 2 living rooms so the teenagers could hang out downstairs , and the back yard was perfect for us adults to relax in. The host supplied board games which our 9 year old loved and gave us lots of time to have family engagement in our down time. We were greeted by a deer wandering in the yard on our first day which the kids got a kick out of . Having the waher and dryer was a huge plus and the hosts supplied laundy detergent for us! Fyi bathooms also offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, Super nice, other nice touch was by the coffee nuk there was fresh pack of coffee and snacks set out for us, wow ! Tim host is so quick to respond and offer tips for the area and in the house is a binder full of suggestions. Ypu will love this location and house no question about it.
