This 2BR, 2BA property, in the Village of Amelia, is just a hop, skip, and a jump to great fun at Lake Sumter and Brownwood! You can jump in the golf cart and cruise right over to Lake Sumter for live music, lots of restaurants, and shopping! The golf cart comes with the house. The location is close to many country clubs, golf, pickleball, and swimming. You will not be bored in The Villages!

Village of Amelia.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY!

GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
- Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
- We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

We loved our stay, every day and night was a new adventure in The Villages. The house we stayed in was clean and well maintained with a very good golf cart to venture out and about!

Perfect , our stay was absolutely amazing ! The house was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, private spot . Beds were extremely comfortable. Communication was quick and responsive . We look forward to coming back .

Pretty perfect

spent a long weekend in the villages to explore the area. This house was in the perfect location. The house had everything we needed. The house was super clean. We had a golf cart ready at our disposal, which we used to explore the area. Even got to meet the neighbor who was very nice. thanks again for letting us stay at your property

The house was wonderful! Loved the golf cart! The only issue we had was getting out resident ids in a timely matter- Otherwise the property was clean and the neighbors were very friendly! The pools in the villages we visited were great! My husband was trilled to be able to play pickleball at countless centers within the villages! Definitely would visit in the future!!!
