Palm Paradise - Great Location with a Courtesy Golf Cart

Our lovely and peaceful villa is excellently situated in the heart of the Village of Largo, near Sumter Landing. The location offers guests easy access to all the main amenities and facilities The Villages has to offer including a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The villa is within walking distance of the Largo neighborhood pools and recreational center and conveniently close to several Executive and championship golf courses.

The villa offers spacious accommodation including a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, a large spacious living room with a leather recliner sofa and a large TV, a king bed master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe, a comfy guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full 2nd bathroom, a large study, laundry room with top of the range washing machine and dryer, a lovely sunroom/lanai, and an outdoor back patio with a gas barbeque. The sunroom is surrounded by trees and plants, which provides privacy.

We offer a complimentary Yamaha gas golf car with the rental, and pets are welcome for no additional fee.

Excellent location to enjoy all the amenities offered at The Villages. The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful. Home was spotless and even better than expected. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Maria was above and beyond. We extended our stay at the last minute and she was very accommodating and her response was immediate. Highly recommend. We hope to return soon.

Very clean home. Great location. Great communication with host. Couch was uncomfortable and bed was hard. We have back issues, so maybe it was just us. Great water pressure for a shower! The Gas Golf cart ran well. Keurig was in the kitchen. Beautiful big palm tree in the front yard!!

January at Palm Paradise in Villages

The house was centrally located in The Villages which made it easy to get to everything. House was clean and accurately described on VRBO. Communication with Maria was great both before and during our stay. She was very quick to answer any questions. Would stay again.

Excellent with one exception

Only negative was no cable tv, only streaming that was not mentioned when posted on VRBO. The owner set up an additional streaming service temporarily during our stay which we appreciated. In future we will ask if there is no cable before we book, something we never had to do anywhere before.

Fantastic house and hosts!

The house was great! Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay was provided. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this rental!!

Really great home in a wonderful neighborhood! Well equipped home, very comfortable with a great floor plan. Nice back yard screened lanai and patio for grill. Golf cart was an added bonus! Convenient location to area golf courses, pools and recreation centers. Lake Sumpter Landing is close by as well. Owner is a very good communication and keeps in touch as needed.

A great time in The Villages

We rented this beautiful home in the village of Largo for 3 months. The home is in a safe and secure neighbourhood minutes away from the Bacall Recreation Center with its family pool. The adult pool is across the road. The house has everything you need to live comfortably. The house is also located about 10 minutes away from the Sumter Landing town square with its amazing restaurants and nightly entertainment. Maria was very helpful with my questions about the house. We enjoyed this house so much we are coming back next year.

Home was as advertised, aside from sugar packets on floor, chewed up plastic near bed, and not being able to get local channels on tv. Convenient to Sumter Landing and comfortable accommodations, spacious comfortable and mostly clean.

Excellent Stay

The house was as advertised and then some. John and Maria are great. Best part about this house is the location, which is between Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Loved getting around the golf cart and enjoying all the Villages have to offer Hope to stay here next time we come down.
