Spacious & Updated Victorian in West Downtown Ithaca - No Pet Fees!

Welcome to our Victorian built in the 1860s!

Located at the West End of downtown Ithaca, our home features a large yard, private driveway, wide porches, and a spacious kitchen. Best of all, it is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

The kitchen is vegan-friendly and fully-stocked with premium appliances. Our TV room has an 80” TV and sound bar for a wonderful movie experience.

Two of our bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while two smaller bedrooms each have a single/twin bed.

Other amenities we boast are: a large personal library, treadmill, record player, board games, and video games.

Outside, we have a large backyard with a propane fire pit and cafe lights, perfect for backyard hangs and al fresco dining.

When we initially purchased this Victorian for our first home together, it was fixer-upper and we renovated it as newlyweds. To this day, we are constantly DIY-ing and upgrading the space when we come to enjoy Ithaca. When we are not using the space, we love opening our doors to the right guests. We hope the right guests find us!

The fenced yard provided a very secure place for our 2 dogs. The house was impeccably clean, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect & Ithaca has everything you need within arm’s reach. A home away from home.

Was in town for an Ithaca Graduation and initially just planned on it being a nice place for extended family to stay together. But ended up hosting other families for a pre graduation get together. The entire downstairs area was a nice gathering spot to enjoy some drinks and talk. Neighbors were helpful and spoke generously on the house, neighborhood and the owners. Highly recommend.

Family get away

We had a wonderfully time in your beautiful spacious home. Great location to shops and restaurants and the best ice cream at Purity. Added a quick visit to Cornell University campus. Highly recommend staying at your lovely home Thank you

Good location

Close to restaurants, trails and shopping. Owner provides on site tourist info that was very helpful. This property really added to our stay in Ithaca.

Kitchen was thoroughly stocked and nice. Plenty of bedrooms and sizeable living areas. We liked the location and at a brisk pace, you can walk to the Commons in 15 minutes. Would consider it for my next visit.

Revisiting Cornell

Wonderful place to stay. Hosts sent info for checking in during the time they said. Had a great booklet of places to visit and eat. Plus how to check out, etc. I think they had every kitchen gadget known to mankind. They answered any questions in a timely manner. My family and I would definitely come back if we return to Ithaca.

Great location on the West side of downtown Ithaca

The accommodations were great. Hosts replied to inquiries promptly. The location is near a lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We were in town to visit our daughter at school and celebrate her 21st birthday. The house provided a great location to go to all the hotspots of the area. The owners are very kind, easy to work with and communicative.

Convenient and comfortable

This home provided our group with everything we needed for our stay. The parks were amazing and we loved the hot air balloon ride with the southern tier company. Our host Mike left great instructions and was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful College visit trip

My family and I came here for a few days to look at colleges for my daughter . We had a lovely stay here. This home was beautiful , clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We brought our dog , and he loved the backyard since he is a city dog! We will defiantly be back :)!

Location, Location, Location

Great home! Close to restaurants, shops and hiking. The house had a nice fenced in back yard for our dog. Well stocked shelves which you don’t usually have. Linens are provided. Definitely recommend this home!

Great stay!!

Everything was great. You can tell a lot of love has gone into renovating this home. So appreciative of how welcoming you were to us bringing our dogs. The secure fenced back yard was a huge plus! Can’t beat the location - a short 15 min walk to Ithaca Commons and Cass Park. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Ithaca. Thank you!!!

Comfortable and Clean

The victorian home met all of our needs for a fall weekend in Ithaca. Host Mike was helpful in answering all of my questions and was a solid guide along the way. Nice backyard, good amenities (Audio, TVs, Kitchen). We will def consider returning.

Favorite place to stay in Ithaca

We love staying at this house. This was our second stay and our favorite while visiting our son at Ithaca College. It is very comfortable and feels just like home. The kitchen is fully stocked which is very important when your kid wants and needs a home cooked meal. It is extremely clean and our pups loved that the backyard was fenced in. The extra touches are what sets this home apart from others, a welcome basket, dish soap, detergent, coffee are all a bonus and not found in many rentals. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place with pet

I needed a place to stay that was pet friendly and convenient to Ithaca college. I can say enough how pet friendly this house is! Dog beds, treats, poop bags, toys! This was my dog’s first vacation and he loved it. Did I mention 2 blocks walk to the lake path and fenced yard? For the human, the house was well set up and very comfy. Only complaint was the location in a busy area. Nearby businesses wake up before I wanted to be woken. Still I would/will return!

Nice House in a Convenient Location

I stayed with friends for my birthday weekendand we had a great time! The house was nice, larger than it looks in photos. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger group, and the beds are comfy! The kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice to have toiletries available to use. Being able to use the gas fire pit outside was a selling point for us. The house is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping, and a short drive to hiking, swimming, and wineries. There were a few cleaning issues which I addressed with the hosts and they were receptive. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore Ithaca!
