Check-In was very easy. We had no problems with anything during our stay. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and convient to area shopping. The pool area was very enjoyable.

Disappointing stay

Pro: Great location and good house layout. Con: House needs better maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. Pro: Our young kids had a blast in the pool. The fact that it was not heated was not an issue in July. Con: Bottom of pool was dirty. Lots of leaves on the screened enclosure. Pool water was almost overflowing when we showed up. Pro: Functional kitchen with BBQ outside. Con: Broken dishwasher. Ants everywhere in the house. We had to put all our food in the fridge, including breads and cereals. BBQ broken and needs to be replaced. Con: There were more mosquitos indoors than outdoors. We all woke up in the morning to fresh mosquito bites that happened overnight. Couldn’t watch TV in the living room without getting bitten. Bugs are to be expected in Florida in July but this was on another level that made our stay in the house not enjoyable. Pro: Hosts were quick to respond. Sent us ant traps that were unfortunately not effective. Sent unbranded mosquito repellant that we didn’t feel comfortable using indoors. This house has a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was not representative of the positively reviews posted prior to July 2024.

Very nice home

Pool was great and clean, plenty of pool toys. House was very comfortable, no cable but apps on tv were great. Need more forks, other than that kitchen was well stocked. The only bad thing I could say is the cage over pool could have been cleaned, full of leaves.

Wouldn’t stay again for that price

Pros: -House located on cul-de-sac street -Comfortable beds Cons: -Cleanliness: dirty dishes in cabinets (had to wash them before using), pool was dirty & screen around pool was ripped. floors in the entryway when you walked in did not seem to be cleaned from guests before us, stains on coach in living room made sitting on the couch undesirable.

Enjoyable Stay

Property was very Clean and family friendly. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a great time and would definitely book this place again.

Nice place; Not in the same class as other rentals

The place is solid in terms of location and space. It's just over 10 minutes to the beach and it has been renovated recently. Responsiveness from the owner was quite good. Two things to be aware of though is quality of materials used in the renovation are not "high end" and the pool isn't heated. This may not be a big deal during summer months but prior to that it does make a difference. When comparing this rental versus others these two items may affect the desired price point. While I would stay here again it wouldn't be for the same price.

Quiet stay

Loved our stay here! Location was great, close enough to Clearwater to enjoy the beaches and strip but far enough into the suburbs that it was super quiet and peaceful. Everything that you think of is provided by the host, so that’s a huge plus!

Cute House

This house was perfect for our group of 4 (3 adults and one child). The house was very nice, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice (the showers were WOW!). We loved the back patio chairs/tables and the pass through window from the kitchen. We spent a few nights sitting outside playing cards and enjoying the nice weather. The pool area itself could have been a bit cleaner. There were lots of cobwebs, dirt and dead leaves around, but it didn't deter our enjoyment. The pool is not heated, so be prepared for cooler water temperatures. The colder water didn't stop my daughter from getting in and enjoying all the flotations provided (the big pink flamingo was her favorite!). The location was perfect. Not too far from the airport and a quick drive to the beaches. We were in town for a gymnastics meet that was downtown St Pete and that was also a quick drive. Owner was very quick to respond with any concerns or questions. Overall, it was a lovely place and I would recommend.

Nice property

This house was recently renovated and overall was in good condition. Other than a few small things (our towel hook fell off the wall the first time we used it), the kitchen and bathroom areas were nice. The pool area was not super clean. There were very large spider webs all around the pool that we had to clear off before we could use it. The pool had lots of leaves in it - some we were able to strain but a lot were at the bottom of the pool - and the lounge chairs were pretty dirty. Other than that, the property was in good shape. It was centrally located - 20-30 minutes from St. Pete Pier, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater and the airport. Communication with the owner was EXCELLENT. She was very fast and helpful in her responses. She also gave us a list of seafood places to try - one of which (Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille at St. Pete Pier) was the best meal we had all weekend. So other than the pool area, the overall experience was great and the owners were very helpful.

Great place to stay for our short stay in FL

Our family of 6 was very comfortable staying here - it was too cold for the pool, which was a bummer, but the house has everything you need for a lovely stay in a very nice neighborhood. Loved the quiet cul-de-sac.

So safe & clean!!

I rented this property as a small getaway for 3 couples! Not only was this one of the cleanest rental properties I’ve ever stayed in, but also the safest property. The security system makes you feel extremely comforted. Also, these were some of the best beds I’ve ever found in a rental property! The house is great, and totally worth the price. My only thing to note is that it would be nice if there was maybe another full body mirror in the master bedroom. There was one in the house but it was much easier/convenient getting ready in the master but it didn’t have a fully length mirror. Other than that, it was great!!

Had a great experience with this home. Liked that the pool is gated for safety. Maybe put one more TV in another room , but overall great!
