This end unit gives you the best view of the Lake. FRONT ROW SEAT FOR THE LAKE OZARK OFF SHORE RACE. 6-21-23. 3 bedrooms 3 baths, screened deck lots of room to enjoy the lake and pools. Elevator takes you to the pool and fewer steps to the Boat dock. Great fishing and use the boardwalk around the complex for a great walk. Flat parking for great walking. 2 hot tubs, and a boardwalk around the complex. No problem getting of the BEND on weekends as there is a light on Duckhead. Close to Bagnell Dam Strip for restaurant and lots of activities.

We've stayed here several time because of location and evening shade. The security guard does a great job checking who should be there, parking and docks.

Perfect getaway

Fantastic property for our two families and a handful of children. Condo had everything we could have needed. Main level for coming and going was a big time bonus. Will absolutely stay here again when we're in the area.

Great Location

At the 2mm in the same complex as my family so we were able to rent a couple of units and have a lot of people down to celebrate our wedding. The couch is amazing after a long day on the lake or in the pool!!

Beautiful

The property was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and so was the couch! Plenty of space for all of us and conveniently located near the strip. Will definitely book again. Very satisfied!

Great location and layout of space , Loved that there were no stairs to maneuver to load and unload bags etc. there was a bit of confusion with check in the listing said 151 3B when it was actually 3A but when I called they answered promptly and solved the problem!

Beautiful Condo

Large beautiful condo, nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything needed but would have been nice to have a crock pot. The address was wrong but caused only a slight delay. The ad said a boat slip was available at extra charge but there was not one available. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall Great

Everything about this property was great besides the check in process. There was a mix up on what unit we actually rented on the address that was sent so we were unable to check in for about an hour while we waited for a response on why our code wasn't working at the unit. After that everything about the stay was great!

The condo was nice but was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathrooms all seemed to be maybe wiped down but not cleaned… especially the toilets and showers. The carpets needed to be vacuumed and the outside deck/patio area looked like it had not been cleaned either. I received no check in information and had to contact the host in order to get a code to get in. It was a nice location though and the pool area was nice. The listing says there is a grill, just be aware it’s a communal grill in the pool area, not one at the condo. And check out is 10am per the instructions on the fridge, but the listing says 11am.

Beautiful Place!

We stay at Monarch Cove every year and think we found our new spot! :) The condo is located right off the street so no stairs or elevator was nice for once. It was very clean, well stocked, beautiful view and the shower head was all the rav ha ha! It was very close walk to the pool (one of 3) and the tile on the patio I was super impressed. I’m very keen on details and this place is great! And agree with another review about the couch…I need one here at my house! Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home for the long weekend.

This was a wonderful property! 3 bedrooms AND 3 full baths!!!! The balcony was fenced in keeping bugs away. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and lots supplies in case we needed them. The only thing that could have been done was a little instruction on the tv ion the main room. I'm pretty tech savy but could not get the streaming to work. We would have never even cared but we sat out a 4 hour rain event. I can't say enough wonderful things about this booking - excellent stay. (and we have stayed in a lot of Ozark area condos!)

I was very disappointed from the price and overall ratings to the condition we found. Condo was not the very clean, primarily the kitchen area. Counters, surfaces and floors dirty. Mold in fridge. There was a half in of soap in dish soap and hand soap containers. We had to go buy supplies for cleaning including dish soap laundry paper towels. I don’t feel like for this price one should have to come in and buy supplies then clean.
