We have a gas grill on the balcony and we provide propane!!!



HOT TUB

We have a hot tub on the lower level patio that will seat 8 and has 70 jets!!



FIREPIT

We have a firepit located on the main level balcony as well as a huge fireplace in the back yard

Powerful Wi-Fi signal with mesh network works perfectly throughout the property and we get ~264 Mpbs download!



GAME ROOM

There is a multi-function game table (pool, ping pong, air hockey) as well as an arcade game.



MOVIE ROOM

You will also find an incredible movie room with a projector that provides for more sleeping space for groups.



TV PROGRAMMING

We subscribe to YouTube TV that provides all of the cable channels



WASHER/DRYER

We have a full laundry room located in the basement that provides a washer and dryer



PARKING

We have parking for up to 8 cars in the driveway



WATER DEPTH

As of January 2, 2026 we have 5 feet of water off our dock. Due to our location on the lake we are always able to push our dock in and out to maintain between 4 and 6 feet of water depth.



DOCK

The dock has room to tie up your own boat or rent one from the marina that is close by (Harbor Light.) The mud room has lots of things you can use to enjoy the lake--chairs, floats, life jackets, etc. There is also a hammock provided that you can hook up on the trees beside the outdoor fireplace.



PATHWAY TO DOCK

The distance down to the dock from the house is 254ft. The walk is a simple nature walk down to the water.

BOAT RAMP

The closest boat ramp is the tugaloo state park boat ramp being only 5 minutes away. Poplar Springs Boat Launch Access is only a 1/2 mile away. This is a prime location about 8 minutes off the I-85 interstate Exit 173, in the growing town of Lavonia, GA. It is approximately 1 hour northeast of the Atlanta metro area, 30 miles south of Exit 19 Anderson, SC (Clemson University) or 45 minutes from Athens, GA (University of GA.)

The Neighborhood:

Lake Hartwell has many recreation opportunities, including boating, fishing, hiking. The city of Lavonia is charming and has many delightful shops. Tugaloo State park is just around the corner.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs are allowed but pet fee is required.



WE SUPPLY: Linens, towels



STARTER- hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent.



CHECK IN: 4PM

CHECK OUT: 10AM



CLEANING:

We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.



LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY

Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
