Welcome! Enjoy the country views from your exclusive second story deck or relax inside of your isolated, spacious, and peaceful studio apartment. Complete with a King size bed, loveseat, recliner, 55” TV, full kitchenette, walk in closet and private bathroom. Updated, clean, and secure. Arriving late? Solar and motion detector lights along with a lighted electronic key pad for ease of access. Please note there are 23 steps with rails on both sides and a landing area half way to the apartment.
The space
Sounds of the farm is music to our ears, you may hear Wilbur (the donkey) braying occasionally or Rue (our horse). There may be a calf or two running around at different times of the year as well as fresh vegetables shared during gardening season.

Bed was super comfy (although moved around a lot on the new flooring). Plenty of room for a couple & described perfectly.

Clean and comfortable accommodation

My son and I needed a spot close to Shelbyville for one night. This spot was perfect. Easy to find, clean, and comfortable. The host was responsive throughout and made our trip super easy.

Cutest place ever!

We absolutely LOVED this little spot! It was so cozy and welcoming. The little touches from the checkers table to the welcome chalk board sign made it special. We made great memories and felt like home away from home. Definitely would stay again!

The Nigh Place

Perfect place to be able to go between the four states we visited. We were about to enjoy the activities in Cincinnati and the Indy 500 on race day, as well as be able to visit family. Such a clean little place perfect for two people. The host was timely with her responses to my questions. Will recommend, 100% to book again :)

Peaceful Place

This place is even nicer than the pics! We loved being away from the city and felt totally safe. Brenda and her husband go the extra mile to make you comfortable. One evening Don brought freshly picked blackberries to us. Such a kind gesture! We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was perfect! We came for the eclipse, which itself was amazing, but even without that, it would've been a great little getaway. There is a large yard with a tire swing, a fire pit, basketball hoop, and grill that are all available for use. The owners were available and eager to provide anything we needed. They also have a horse and a donkey that were incredibly friendly and would've been the highlight of the trip had they not had to compete with a total solar eclipse!

Perfect Stay!

We attended a concert and weren’t able to arrive until at the location until late. It was super easy to access! Which is always a worry to me when arriving after business hours so to speak! The bed was extremely comfortable! We slept great! Extremely clean! We loved the checkers game they had and played quite a bit in the morning before leaving. Bed was super comfortable! And the deck has a beautiful view perfect for your morning coffee! We will definitely be back again!

Wonderful Darling, just wonderful. Suggestions: Dresser drawer Minor lights under the Kitchen Cabinet Garbage Can outside to dump garbage update your rules and regulations black binder. Other than that I had a great time. Pleasant. The owners are amazing. the blackberries were delicious.
